The staff, room, and location was all exceptional! It was an amazing stay, and the hospitality was one of the best I've ever experienced. I stayed for one night and would love to come again!

The staff was exceptional. The room was smaller, as expected in the region, but the bathroom was quite spacious and the entire room had been recently renovated. The staff is very friendly, and gets a 10/10. We do not speak any French, but Fabienne, Ali, Daniel, Hamza, Anis, and Anais all helped us. Fabienne called the airport to track our lost luggage and reviewed our planned itinerary for the trip to give us suggestions, and they all helped us with reservations and local suggestions for food and entertainment. They even went out of their way to help us with a little surprise. The room is close to a mall and restaurants, and a short walk to the Eiffel tower, without feeling overly crowded and touristy.

If you want more of a "touristy" environment, there may be other districts to consider.

This level of hospitality is rare and truly special.One thing I really appreciated at Hotel Esteem Tour Eiffel during check-in, they offer you coffee of your choice. That warm, thoughtful welcome immediately makes you feel comfortable.A very special mention goes to Ali, the Assistant Manager. He is outstanding, professional, kind, and always present to make sure everything is perfect. I also want to thank Hamza, Louna, Anis, and the rest of the team (even though I can’t remember all the names). Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming.Breakfast was excellent, and Jackson, who prepared the omelettes, did an amazing job. He was happy to cook anything you wanted, always with a smile. The team goes out of their way to offer you whatever you need, making your stay effortless and comfortable.The hotel is located in a very convenient area, quiet, extremely clean, and well maintained. Everything was professional, yet relaxed and enjoyable.I couldn’t ask for a better experience. I will absolutely return to this hotel when I come back. The hotel size, location, design, breakfast and particularly the service we received from Hamza and Ali.The team is so nice and welcoming. We could leave our luggage for a full afternoon. Very useful. Also the bed was comfortable and the breakfast delicious.

The female front desk staff in the evenings was amazing! She helped us find parking for our car, gave us great restaurant recommendations, and even helped me with my bags. The room was updated and comfortable. I loved being close to the Eiffel Tower.

The hotel's location is excellent and conveniently close to many popular sightseeing spots. The hotel staff are very polite and friendly, and it is located in a very quiet neighborhood.

However, the hotel rooms are quite small.The first issue we encountered was that the rooms are not properly soundproofed. During the first two nights, we could hear a lot of noise from the floor above, such as drawers closing, items falling on the floor, etc., which disturbed our sleep.The breakfast room is also very small, and the breakfast does not have much variety. We have never experienced in a 4-star hotel having to pay extra for fried eggs or omelets, but here we had that experience, which we think is not appropriate for a hotel at this price.

Boutique hotel with decent size room. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great location about 2 blocks from Eiffel Tower. Would definitely stay again next time in Paris. Very reasonable priced.

Staff is extremely friendly! I met Anais the first night, and she was always super nice and friendly. Location is excellent as well. Rooms are very clean. Lovely stay!

Very friendly staff, excellent value for money, and overall a great stay. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with bathrooms that are surprisingly spacious. Definitely a good choice for both price and quality.
