Chouette Hotel

Rooms+location are excellent, but great staff who went out of their way repeatedly to remedy noise issues were best aspect of our stay-flexibility+effort made to resolve unexpected noise issues made all the difference and is the basis for this rating.

The hotel is really wonderful but there were major noise issues during our stay in two different rooms, one case out of hotel control and one case a room location issue. The hotel remedied this by changing the room and it was appreciated

Small bed

Really close to bus and metro... great market on Sunday! Lots of small shops and cafés. 15 minutes walk to Porte de Versailles exhibition centre.

Perfect location, great view, room has everything you need for a short stay.

I found walls a bit too thin. We had loud neighbours and heard them very well.

Very clean room, we had the family suite which gave us a bit more room. The bathroom was large and had the toilet seperate which was great. The room was serviced each day which was a nice surprise.

It was just a little on the small size for three adults with the bed expanded but still a great experience.

Nice hotel with required minimum. It was comfortable and warm. The staff was very friendly and did everything to be helpful.

The walls were way too thin… the noise from neighboring rooms was easily heard…

The room was clean and had a great view of the street and the buildings across it. The staff were helpful and check-in/check-out were easy. The hotel is in a quieter, more local arrondissement of Paris with some wonderful boulangeries close by.

The bed was uncomfortable, too firm.

It is a boutique hotel very well appointed. It looked like it was newly renovated. Very comfortable and service of the front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was smaller than expected but had pretty much everything I needed. I had to be near the Eiffel Tower as I was attending a conference nearby and this was the best hotel I could find nearby in my price range. But it was still a little pricey. I found out that the French Open was starting that week and most hotels had already been booked. Bed was pretty comfortable.

The bathroom was also a little small, and there was no closet. But they did provide some exposed open wall unit where I could hang my clothes. I didn't have breakfast as I rushed out every morning to my conference where breakfast was provided, The bathroom could have a bit more shelf space to put my toiletries.

A hidden gem located in a safe and interesting neighborhood. A great location to experience French life and culture! The rooms are excellent and very well looked after. Occitane products were a real treat. Tea and coffee in the room.

I think complimentary water for the duration of your stay would elevate the experience. A small thing but important.

Location

The employee working in the breakfast section definitely needs to be replaced. He is a sullen man. He doesn't know his job. While the customer is waiting for food, the man is putting the refrigerator in, he is not interested in the customer.

Hotel and room are quite nice, would be happy to stay there again! Though the bed is more like 180cm long, we (two adult men) slept quite well and the bed was very comfortable. Not too firm, not too soft, just right for me. The bathroom is nice, even has a bathtub, though no hook for the toilet paper (not a big deal). Located in a nice relaxed neighborhood with a nice park not far with a beautiful pond where ducks and geese live (Parc Georges Brassens), they also had a weekend book flea market there. Also there was a market on the street of the hotel which was great, full of fresh produce etc (Tues, Thurs, Sunday). Bakeries and some restaurants very close by. About 25-30 minutes by bus to main tourists spots which was no problem, we even walked the hour distance a couple times to enjoy exploring the different neighborhoods of Paris. Overall we had a great stay!

The room is smaller than it appears in the pictures. For two people it was manageable, but a bit bigger would be more ideal. You can hear any noise coming from the hall, but thankfully this wasn’t an issue due to respectful neighbors and did not wake us. Our room faced the street but there were no noises bothering us as it’s not a very busy street. We slept very well.

The location was in a very friendly neighborhood. Loads of bakeries around. Every morning there was the market and we did not hear anything! The receptionist was very kind to us and helpful with guidance on how to get around.

The room was abit too small, the bed takes up majority of the space. The cleaners walked in unannounced a few times whilst we weren’t dressed appropriately.

Clean modern spacious place with air con available if needed. Big windows

Big double bed was just 2 singles put together which came apart and split at times. Would of been nice to have shelves in bathroom to put own toiletries. Shower didn’t have a door which causes water on floor. Pillows too small and soft, no lock on bathroom door. Chain on room door as extra protective measure would have been nice

Location was great and new to us cafes shops all good

Our room was located next to the lift and was Noisey for along time at night going up and down

Convenient location with buses 89 & 95 nearby, comfortable room and shower. A real gem in 15 arrondissement.

Loved the room, and the location, right next to a friends place. Best of all, on Sunday, the street market literally on the doorstep. Even without it you’re surrounded by wonderful food shops in a residential area.

Breakfast was a bit dull, but it was OK.

The bathroom was small, as all pf the bathrooms in Paris! During the day 1 someone was knocking on my door repeatedly for 4 minutes with breaks. I dont know who was it! Really clean room, Value for money
