I liked the location of this hotel. Charming part of Paris, very quaint and local.

Amenities like fresh water were impossible to buy. They only gave you one bottle per room you had to go back to the lobby to fill. Cleaning service was terrible as they only cleaned sheets if you were there more then 2 nights. Did not replace towels.

The location is perfect, out of the busy streets and tourists. Its located in the 15th Arr. There are a few nice restaurants, pharmacies, little shops, bank, a Police Station, multiple bus stops and near the Vaugirard subway station. Nice Staff.

There is no air conditioning in our room.

No air conditioning. Location is not as ideal as description entails. Rooms very small, not like the pictures online.

Excellent location, clean and incredibly friendly staff. We travelled with an 8 month old baby and they were very accommodating with our requests

Could’ve done with a bin in the room, only one was a small one in the bathroom. Only other thing was pillows were very large! Very much a personal thing

Room was comfortable and as described, staff were very friendly helpful and available when required, location was good!

I love staying in this hotel. The location is excellent and it is located on a quiet street, near a metro, and la Tour Eiffel. The staff was very accommodating and attentive to our needs! They were all so kind and I enjoyed practicing my French with them. The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast staff were so attentive to our breakfast needs. The staff left us a Christmas surprise on our room door at Christmas—homemade goodies—how delicious! What a special surprise for us! A big thank you to the hotel and its entire staff for a wonderful stay in Paris at Christmas 2025!

Modern style room, everyday cleaning service, really friendly and helpful staff, safe and quiet neighbourhood, near to a metro station, great high-quality toiletries (shampoo, lotion, soap).

The staff were very helpful and kind, location os a little bit far from everything, the room size was pretty small but clean

We had put the clean my room sign on the door but the cleaner forgot to clean the room.

Very nice and friendly staff, I liked the location - close to metro and to some nice coffee places, bathroom design is cute. Quiet courtyard-facing room.

Not enough space for luggage… but thats with any budget hotel in Paris I guess.

Pictures suggest more style and comfort than I felt was delivered. Room was very small (even by Paris standards) to the point of being uncomfortable - and I'm a small person. I found it difficult to put my things anywhere. No full length mirror in the room, no conditioner in the shower. Room was not in a brilliant state of repair, although recently refurbished, I felt that the quality of furniture etc was lacking and finish felt cheap. The key card reader kept falling off my door. Breakfast room was really dark, breakfast was of a reasonable quality but not replenished frequently enough. Coffee was of a relatively poor standard and I couldn't find milk to add to black coffee. Iron and ironing board has to be borrowed - the board was small and the cover kept coming off, the iron itself leaked a great deal on my clothes. Overall I felt I over-paid for this place, though my stay wasn't unpleasant, I wouldn't be rushing back.

The staff is fantastic. We travelled with our cat and the staff offered us all the care we need. The room was clean, breakfast with daily baked muffins and croissant. Our cat is scared of vacuum cleaner and we could chose a time for room cleaning in order to take out the cat and have the room cleaned. Very special and kind staff.

Great location , shops and cafes local , easy access to the city centre. Clean and comfortable rooms, good continental breakfast, staff were amazing. One of our party was taken ill and the staff helped us call an ambulance , helped us with translation and were so kind to us all. I cannot give them enough thanks.

Location was pretty good and the staff was friendly. Room was clean and worked for what I needed.

Room was tiny, suitable for only one person. Breakfast is pricey for what you get but it was good.

The location was ideal to visit our granddaughter and we enjoyed the local bars and cafes.
