    Pros +

    • Staff were amazing and friendly. Hotel was cozy, boutique-like and cute; everything was clean. Location was decent for the price with metro stations in walking distance. We walked to the Louvre too, it was a nice and simple walk and took around 30 minutes. It would be about 12 minutes to cycle but I kept falling off the bikes (lol).
    • Location, friendly staff & Parisian vibe
    • Well situated in a nice neighborhood, kind & warm staff, clean room with a good bed. The hotel has a partnership with a nearby parking (<5 min walk) which offers you a great discount!

    Cons -

    • There were not a lot of facilities in the hotel. Room was slightly smaller than expected and there was no fridge/ minibar in the room.
    • Very badly soundproofing in the rooms. A lot of noise from the corridors and from waterpipes and drainage.
    • We had loud, noisy neighbors and the walls are not that well isolated

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, the rooms are so beautifully decorated and the beds were really comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great. Would definitely stay again!

    Good location, friendly staff

There was mold on the walls and ceiling of my shower. My room was on a slant so my head was lower than my feet while laying in bed. My room was on a floor not accessible by the lift so I had to carry my bags up an additional flight of stairs, including squeezing through a narrow area with limited space between the ceiling and stairs. This is not a room that anyone with mobility issues could access.

Well situated for Gare du Nord. Friendly, helpful welcome and departure. Provided early gluten free breakfast. Excellent small bistro next door

Good location, mostly very helpful staff.

The room we had was next to a storage area which unfortunately was accessed by staff in the middle of the night and the curtain between our room and the storage area did not completely cover the door, causing us to be awakened several times during the night.. (Except for that, the room and bath were fine.)

Great accessible location close to Paris Gard Du NordGreat cleanliness and housekeeping Friendly staff helped us with having our own dinner in the hotel dinning area

We really liked everything. One small feedback for improvement was refilling the soap dispensers in the bathroom

    It was good

Our bad room was bad . Throw the window we saw the garbages and dirt clothes . When opened the door there was the breakfast room and the reception . When taking a shower the entire bathroom got wet The ar conditioning was often turned off outside

Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Location is good very accessible to metro and lots of restos around the area.

Toilet smells bad. When you flush there’s a bad smell that stays. First 2 nights, the ac wasn’t working. I told the staff and just told me it’s centralized air conditioning . She switched something on the wall and she said it’s ok now and later that day when we came back to the hotel it’s already working. Did they forget to turn on the ac? Ummm. You can hear movement from the stairs, or from the other rooms at night.

I am Coeliac and every morning the staff had my gluten free bread ready and waiting for me. So lovely.

Great location . So close to lots of interesting places to see and places to eat . Quick walk to Gare Du Nord and a great starting point to walk the city

Our room was a little tatty … sorry . Could do with a lick of paint to freshen it up and a better use of colour to make it feel lighter and more contemporary . There was building work opposite which started loudly very early each morning .

Pros: The staff at this hotel were a definite highlight, providing a warm welcome and consistently helpful service. The central location is also a major plus, offering easy access to the city's attractions.

Cons: Unfortunately, the hotel's location near several bars and pubs creates a noisy environment, especially during weekend nights. The noise persists until late, which can be problematic for those seeking a quiet night's sleep. Furthermore, the rooms lack adequate soundproofing, allowing noise from adjacent rooms to be easily heard.Summary: The hotel boasts a wonderful staff and a prime location. However, if you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, I would not recommend this hotel due to the significant noise issues.

The vibe of the hotel is very nice. Very kind staff!

We are tall people and we couldn’t stand up fully in the shower. The room was small.
