Hôtel Madeleine Haussmann

Location of the hotel is great: it is at a walking distance from Le Louvre, le jardin des tuileries, place de la concorde, les champs Elysees, et l'arc de Triomphe. Also, the hotel has an elevator.

Big deal. I specifically asked for the hotel team to put a bottle of Champagne in by room by 9:30pm the day of my arrival... It never happened... I then asked them to do a commercial gesture for the inconvenience... never happened either...

Great location, comfy rooms, lovely people. Close to everything I love in Paris.

Room was small but was comfortable and had everything we needed. Shower leaked a bit and each morning there was a very strong smell from a bakery or something that woke me up. Not a bad smell, but very very intense.

The only thing I felt was lacking was natural daylight. There was no daylight coming into the room at all. It was the first time I truly realized how important this is for me. The room had enough spot lighting, but it was missing natural light. However, this did not make my stay any worse.

Weird smell from the drains in the bathroom, but this appears to be a common issue in central Paris

Nearby main monuments and served by main lines of underground (also well-connected to the station Paris gare de Lyon). The staff extremely kind and ready to answer to any requests.

great and safe location. it's the second time I chose this hotel. nice and helpfull staff we had an uprgrade for free. We didn't had breakfast but anything else were great.
