Nice little balcony with table chairs and view

The staff were just great. Especially the young ladies that I met.

My room was near the elevator and I could hear a loud sound everytime it was operating. Get a room away from the elevator and you will be fine.

Good location

The best decision you can make during your time in this beautiful city: avoid this property even if it is free of cost. The elevator issues you are seeing in other reviews from prior months are not isolated ¿ I can confirm they are a constant one.

Not much. We were told the elevator (after check-in) was inoperable and we were assigned a room on the 5th floor.

Hello, no I had a bad experience the hotel smelled old and disgusting. The elevator didn¿t work so we had to take the stairs to get to our room in the third floor.

No elevator so we had go up 6 floors. AC did not work nor did the phone in our room. When we informed the staff, we were told technician will be informed but no one ever showed up to resolve our problems.

Very good service by the Staff. The room was l¿ttle but very clean.

The best thing about the hotel is the staff, and the location. It's very near Galaries Lafayette. Furthermore there are two grocerystores nearby, and two tobac stores nearby. The staff is there always and they're very friendly.

There's two minor issues. The first issue is the lack of a big mirror in the room, so you can't see your outfit. The other issue is the elevator is very slow, you can easily wait a long time for the elevator to come. Again this is very minor issues.

From my experience with USA hotels I would have rated this a 3 star as opposed to a 4 star because of amenities, speed of service and room size

Nice spacious hotel for Paris standards. Newly renovated and stylish. Area was great. Staff was nice.

The hotel was only a couple blocks from the Metro. The Metro station by hotel did not have an elevator which was inconvenient with luggage. This applies to many hotels.

The hotel was modern inside, very clean, and smartly decorated. The view from the room was really nice. Hotel was close to a metro stop from which it was convenient to get all around town. Staff was friendly and helpful

Hotel was a fairly long walk from the key sights, but metro was super close. We didn't do breakfast, as it was expensive.

The staff was really nice with us and even helped us with a lot of tips to Venice. Also the breakfast it´s really good.

Bath room has no bath tub. Curtains don´t cut all the light from the outside.

Clogged sink and no one ever came to fix it. Room key didn't work multiple times. Room service took over and hour half.
