    Cons -

    • No coffee maker
    • Very thin walls, people in room next to us singing at midnight, had to ask them to quiet it down. Bathroom needs updating, very shabby. Would have liked a kettle and some mugs to have a tea / coffee on waking in the morning.
    • In the morning at 7:30 to 8:30 there was an extremely loud banging coming from either the rooms above or the room next to the one I booked.

I lost my daughter and was there in Paris France for the funeral I picked the Hotel because of the close location to the funeral home the staff and management were awful unkind to me. I will never go there again

Management and staff were very rude and unkind to me I was very uncomfortable and sad to stay there at that location

The staff is outstanding: three receptionists, each of them super kind and helpful. They worth the stay...The rooms were ample and comfortable, and the bathroom was recently renovated. The area is what is (close to the Station). Still, I never felt unsafe. Easy to reach and close to downtown. It is a two-star hotel, but in the panorama of Paris hotels, it is worth much more. Perfect to work, great WIFI, and very decent breakfast: not super rich, but all that was needed to start the day was there in abundance (again, nice and kind personnel). All in all, great value!!!

The hotel needs a deep renovation: furniturse are pretty old.

The reception staff were nice, the hotel is in a good location, close to several metro stations, but if you don't like walking, you have to take public transport to get to the famous sights. Comfortable beds and shower, I really liked our balcony, the room was on the 4th floor. You can also use the electric kettle in the dining room for evening coffee or tea, or buy it from the machine. You can leave your luggage and use the elevator. Overall, the service is quite good

    Was not small towels

Location of the hotel & hotel staff friendliness

Rooms in the 5th floor are very hot & it is difficult to sleep with no air conditioner & with table fans only

    Staff was very helpful

I had asked for adequate room to use my walker. Having been informed that a wheelchair would not fit I sent specific measurements and was told I could be accommodated. This proved to be totally untrue to the point of a safety concern. I under stand older hotels in Paris have small rooms and even smaller elevators.

All people that work here are very friendly and helpful, location was not bad for us because we came to Paris by train to Gar du Nord, and we had to go from same train station. It is enough calm area. And around 25 minutes everywhere by walk. 10 minutes by metro to any important location. Metro just a few minutes away. There is a little breakfast salon inside of the hotel, we did not try breakfasts here but we always could find water, any other cold and hot drinks. I do not know how it works but hot chocolate from machine was tasty. The room was clean enough and every day they made little touch including towels changing. It was pleasant to come so tired to absolutely clean place for sleeping. For the price we paid it was enough good.

Elevator was little problem not always worked. You cant find much cafes and markets around the hotel but anyway there are a couple.

Great proximity from station. Was as described, clean and comfortable for family of five overnight before our train.

Great location, good price, near transportation.

My room had its own bathroom. Other rooms on the floor shared a bathroom: I heard other people opening and closing doors in the hallway during the night.

Location. Close to the metro and train station.

Lift broke down and no help to get the luggage down from the 4th level

No breakfast eaten. I had a bath tub in my room.

Very noisy rooms next door to mine could distinguish voices and languages very clearly , cigarettes smoke penetrated into the room as well as the corridor outside the room very bad for Lung cancer sufferer !!!!

Firstly, thank you to the lady at the reception. The room meets expectations.

The shower and nightlight were broken. The room is stuffy.

Our room was great for a one-night stay between destinations. All of our family of 5 were in the room, with a private bathroom. Each of us had a bed and towel, which is all we really needed for the night. We were very close to the train station. The staff also let us check out a little later, which was helpful.

The room was a bit cramped, but there were 4 beds, so this was understandable. The floors were also clean, but had a bit of a sticky feel to them (like soap that wasn't washed off.) A couple extra pillows/blankets would also have been welcomed.

First time in Paris as a solo traveler, this was perfect for me. I needed a clean room where I could feel comfortable and this was exactly that. 28 minutes walk to the Louvre.

Overall, it was a good experience. At first, we were given a small room near the toilet, but the receptionist was very kind and changed it for another one. The new room was bigger but colder; however, it had a really nice view from the window. The location is excellent, as it is close to restaurants, shops, and the metro station.

There was nothing negative about the room except that it was quite cold. The larger room we were later moved to was much colder, although it had a nice view. The hotel building is small and narrow, so guests should be careful when going down the stairs.

Thank you so much for making my first trip to Paris so memorable. Your staff helped me a lot and always greeted me every time I came in or passed by. On my last day, one of your staff members even gave me very helpful advice before I went to the airport. He showed me the easiest and safest way to get there, instead of walking through the streets late at night with heavy luggage. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

Great location next to the station.Below 90eur its a good deal, for more I wouldn't stay there .

Neighborhood is sketchy lots of poverty around and creepy people.
