The single beds were so small my children kept falling out. It was extremely noisy if someone was in the hallway or the rooms nearby.

3 miserable sleepless nights

The room was tiny. The first night I was freezing cold because the heating was off and there was snow outside. When I complained in the morning, they switched on the heating but warned me the room would be like a sauna. They were right: although I set the thermostat to 16, it was unbearably hot, so that if I did mange to sleep I woke up drenched in sweat. And if I opened the window, it was cold and noisy. This was a problem they knew about, so they should have fixed it or else not rented out the room.

The location is perfect and the staff are amazing.

The elevator and the stairs are a little bit challenging. The elevator is for two persons maximum - without luggage. It’s a spiral staircase with very narrow steps - impossible to transport the luggage there. Therefore, the solution for us was: first of all, my husband went to the 4th floor and stayed there close to the elevator door. Then I sent the luggages to him using the elevator. After that, I went to the 4th floor using the elevator. Our friends did the same even the room was in the 1st floor, because the spiral stairs was no option for them.

Really friendly and helpful staff including the night receptionist. Quiet street so we slept very well, yet close to everything in the Marais area. We ended up with a Luxe room which is a better size, thank you to the reception team.

The location opposite the Marche aux enfants rouges is exceptional

Unfortunately we didn’t get the ground floor room for our dog; the lift is tiny (like everywhere else in Paris) and the stairs are spiral so not super convenient. I should’ve asked beforehand. Also the room, although much bigger than the ground floor one, smelled a bit of smoke. And the fantastic parking next door has unfortunately closed down :((

Bed could be more comfortable, under sheets could not be tucked in under mattress so would work free and end up half way down the bed.

Staff are super friendly and the location is outstanding

Only 1 out 5 sockets worked in the room and you needed to have the main lights on to make it work, which means you can't charge multiple things at the same time and you can't do it at night when the main lights are off. The hairdryer didn't work. The continental breakfast selection is poor.

Bathroom had a bathtub only with no shower curtain or standing room. Tough to shower without flooding the bathroom as a 6ft man. No steamer or ironing board available

Fun area close to many attractions . Hotel is very cute with a cool breakfast space. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hallways and elevator are very small . Only small negative was strangely a large vaccum house was left on stair landing all day. Not a big deal for us to step over but a potential hazard . Stay was overall super!
