Balcony view with openable windows, great location, friendly helpful staff, great beds!

The staff were particularly nice and very helpful.

The street was quiet and pleasant, the location was close to the metro, and the staff were very helpful.

The hotel did not meet ibis standards and the cleanliness was inadequate. The shower cabin and walls were dirty. The room was very dusty and poorly ventilated, and during our stay we experienced allergic symptoms. The towels were very old. Since it was winter and the room was uncomfortably warm, we had to sleep with the window open. Even though the air conditioning was turned off, it made a constant and disturbing noise. The small size of the room was not an issue for us, but it was not designed properly for a small room—there was no space to open a suitcase. There was no trash bin in the room and no toilet brush. The bed was uneven and very uncomfortable. This hotel is absolutely not worth the price.

Location was quite close to the train station and nearby food places.Room was quite clean and breakfast was quite nice. The front desk persons ( man, woman) were quite wrm and friendly. Nice ambience too

Staff were really friendly and helpful, and it was great to have access to drinks in the reception area. Location was really close to bus and metro stops, which was great. The bathroom was small but functional and well decorated, the shower had good pressure. Rooms were clean and we had a good amount of towels and pillows.

Our room was next to the lift which unfortunately was quite loud in our room, so we could hear it as soon as people started waking up for the day or late at night. The air conditioner didn't work which was a shame, we could open the window so it was fine but it would've been nicer to have the aircon. The room was very small so fine for a short stay but maybe less so for a longer one.

The breakfast was wonderful, perfect to start our day. Easy walk to many areas. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Yes the rooms are small, I loved that. Clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The only complaint I have is the clean staff didn't leave enough toilets paper in the room. But it was easily resolved, there was always staff available.

Location is great. It is not far from Gare de Nord to get there from airport, you take only train, and there is no need to change to metro. The neighbourhood is very safe, there is no any noises during nights.You can easily walk to city centre, it is only 30 minutes walk from Louvre, for example.Another benefit is that breakfast is included. It is very convenient to have breakfast in the morning in hotel rather than looking for some food. Unlimited tea and coffee is an advantage.

Very small bathroom - difficult to fit and sit at the toilet if you are tall. Also super small space under the shower- I’m 171cm \ 70kg and it was difficult to bent to clean my feet. Limited space in the room but I guess this is standard in Paris hotels. I’ve also asked for two separate beds but there was one big bed in the room.

The room was clean and bit small but that's paris for you. The breakfast was a good start to the day.

There was no shampoo and conditioner just body wash.
