Just the accessibility to the metro that is all!

I m not expecting a five star hotel . I saw the review and most of it are in french . They did not show any pictures of their restroom, no wonder because it is not clean . It needs a total remodeling it looks like molds are forming in there.

I loved the location of the hotel so much, it's close to taxis, metro, tram, bus.... i also loved the staff they're so nice and welcoming.

Very small room. Almost not enough space for 3 bags! Very small bathroom. View very disappointing.

The location was very nice. It was a walkable distance from the Palais de Congres, which was perfect for us

The staff were very friendly.

Incredibly welcoming staff, clean nice room, brilliant location in Paris, close to bus, tram and metro. Coffee, tea, juice and water available at any time. Someone at reception 24/7. Safe, clean and welcoming.

My room was close to the street and as I was unaccustomed to the noises, I woke up a couple of times due to the cars, street cleaning etc.

Tidy and compact hotel, attentive staff, decent location with shops and a few restaurants nearby, about 20 mins walk from tourism. Nice light in the bedroom from a big window. I'd stay again for business.

Small room and bathroom but that's Paris for you :)

Very nice breakfast with fresh fruit, yoghurt, French cheese etc. Good coffee was available during all day! Filtered water too. Room was clean and towels smelled good (no mould in the bathroom etc). 15 min walk to Palais des Congres. Grocery stores and restaurants just around the corner as well as the metro and bus station.

Friendly staff, good location, clean room, and free coffee/tea.

Sound proof (you can hear clearly if your next door is taking a shower or flushing the toilet), noise from the ventilation.

Rooms are confortable and clean, staff is kind and the hotel is very near of the subway station.

In some moments we heard much noise from other rooms and the bathroom box is very small.

The staff and location

We love the location and usually the room but this time the room was so gross. The bed linen was dirty with hair on the mattress pad. The shower was leaking so bad we had to put towels all aroubd it. It caused us so much more time and energy to keep it under control

Very central

No table space to put anything and the bathroom was just a sink… so where do I put my toothbrush.. on the floor? Also slept the first night with the skylight open so were woken early but eventually found the button to put the shade over!

The staff were nice, room was relatively spacious

Charming little hotel in a perfect area. Away from the hustle and bustle but an easy walk to the main attractions. Only €16 from Gard de Nord

The location was great as the metro station is just across the road. The room was clean and quiet, the bathroom was spacious and the beds comfortable. We didn't chose the option with a breakfast but I loved the idea that coffee/tea was for free and you could grab a quick coffee before heading out!!

For a three bedroom room the fact that there is no cupboard/closet is an issue; we only stayed for one night so didn't really care, we hardly opened our suitcases but for more than one night you need some storage space for your clothes and luggage. One chair and one luggage holder was not enough for a three bedroom room with three adults (not related).

Location is good.

Bathroom door lock and nob were broken. No enough towel hangers in the bathroom. The sink was sooooo small, really you cant brush your teath without splashing around.

Very modern room, spacious bathroom, extremely confortable bed and the shower had very hot water. Our room was cleaned every day and we received new towels daily.The metro is a 10-second walk away and connects you to the center of Paris in 20-25 minutes. The hotel is a 20-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the area is quiet and lively.The receptionists were very nice, we were even able to leave our luggage there until check in. They served us with croissants and tea/coffee. I had a problem with the room access card which was resolved in 5 seconds, even though it was a late hour. Big plus for all of them. We had an exceptional stay.

Sometimes you could still hear the voice of the receptionist, but after 20,000 steps a day on the streets of Paris, you only heard it for 10 seconds at most before falling asleep.

The hotel is newly renovated so everything has a sleek, modern feel to it. Coffee tasted great and the location is superb!

Breakfast could be included :) Although the receptionist was nice and said we could help ourselves to coffee (not the pastries). Aditionally, a thicker comforter would be nice.

It was a very nice hotel and a good value for money. For Paris I think it was the best clean and very modern.
