No privacy between room and restroom/shower area

In general, the staff is very good, but, there is a guy very arrogant and impolite. He spoils the image of others.

The staff is really friendly and responsive to your concerns. Breakfast was good and the rooms are clean.

The elevator was broken for most of our stay but they did give us a 1st floor room and helped us to bring our luggage. But it was fixed before we left.

The personnel was really kind with us

The room is much smaller than expected, we don’t have enough space to move because our bags were big.

Room was small but we were prepared for that after reading reviews. Would have been nice to have a view of the city but we didn’t request it or pay extra for it.

The staff was very nice , everyone speaks English, so there was no problem with communication. Room was pretty small , but it was cozy and clean. Location is just perfect if you are a tourist like us and want to see Paris. There is a couple of subway stations 10 min away from the hotel , which makes it very comfortable to get to all the sights. Breakfast was great , tasty. In general everything was very nice and we were really happy with our visit. Thank you!

It was,very good....my daughter and I had a comfortable stay, tks.It was clean, comfortable beds, not noisy from outside (streets) ?...room a bit small, (for us ok), perhaps not for big guys.

Didn't have a katlle in the bedroom for tea ?

The room and bathroom was small .

The room was absolutely clean, the bed was amazing comfortable, there is very hot water in the bath, it was important after a windy, cold day. The receptionists were nice and very helpful they were able to help with every request. The location is great, there are some near metro and bus stops.

The room is very little, there is not enough space to put your clothes in the little wardrobe.

Great hotel for the price in a great location in Paris - super walkable, cute cafes etc nearby - plus easy transport with bus and metro!

The rooms were small, but so are all hotels in Paris. It was really good value for money.

-The bed was ok, and had 2 pillows each.-Warm in the room, and warm blankets.-The breakfast lady was so nice & worked really hard.-Suitcase storage.-Shower gel on wall in the shower.

Oh lord where to begin.We payed less for more last time we visit Paris.But we wanted to stay in the heart og Monmartre.-small room as in really small.-small elevator and small hallway.-small breakfastroom.-really small towels and no soap or lotion on the wall.-no fridge or ability to make tea/coffee.-The outside dosent feel safe after dark.-long walk to the metro.-long walk to monmartre centrum.-nothing arround the hotel.-not much to choose from at breakfast, no veggies, fruits, scramble egg or soymilk.The coffee from the machine was terrible (sorry) and juice was from a machine.- on the 31 dec. I asked for a later check out, just a few hours, no we are fully booked was the answer. I looked at booking app at the night, there where plenty of rooms (on the 31 dec) also the next day (January the 1). But I dident wanna pay for a full booking, just tl have 3 hours extra.What a "service".I have saved screens of the free rooms.We booked this hotel cause it seemed like the metro was so close and the center of monmartre was just arround the corner.No such thing, its long walk in small sudewalks with hills.And the metro "nearby" was also a very long walk and pretty scary at night.Once You got home from the long walk, You dident have the energy to go out again.And no where to eat nearby, the foodshops there dident look healthy or clean.There was a supermarket, but we had no frigde in the room.This is my 4 time in Paris.I stayed at another 3 star hotel that was much much better than this, but they where sold out on the dates.Im so sorry, I wanted to be positive about the hotel and have a good new year-trip, but..

I loved the staff they were helpful and the room was a nice small room to stay in with a private toilet and shower.

The rooms were quite small and the windows never really opened fully to let air flow through. There was also an elevator but that broke the day after which meant we had to walk up and down the small stairs which each step could be heard from every door in the hotel. I do feel sorry for the old man who had to walk up this stairway and got to the top out of breath. Everything was nice but just getting old and falling apart.

Very small, towels were small and no room at all in the room not many electrical plugs and it felt claustrophobic and dam.Breakfast was reasonable

Staff were extremely helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was very clean. Breakfasts were excellent. Montmartre is a great area to explore and easy access to central Paris by bus or Metro.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location, while far from the city centre, is only a short walk away from the Sacre Cour basilica and Montemarte district. There's also a metro station about 10 minutes walk away which will get you into the city (change of trains needed)WiFi is very fast.I'd certainly recommend staying here.

No Aircon, only a fan which in the warmer months struggles to keep the room cool.TV has no English channels but didn't mind that personally. Room was a bit small.Bit far if you want to be closer to the main sites along the River and Latin quarter.

Excellent location in central Paris. Decent sized room and facilities. Staff on call 24 hours.

Wifi was ok but not very strong, it cut in and out on zoom calls. Key card didn't open the front door after hours - so had to buzz to be let in - and one time had to wait as someone was not at the desk.
