Location! This hotel was perfectly located. The room was warm and not comfortable but the front desk was very accomodating and transfer us to another room with larger windows and a fan.

Bumpy mattress and hard pillows.For an extra large person the bathroom might turn into a trap once in very difficult to get out. Very expensive for such a small room although not lacking in equipment and design. Location good but very noisy street,

room was small but enough, location was very good, short walk to the train station but that is why I chose this hotel!

Elevator was slow but could walk it fast enough. Very basic hotel for the price, but served the purpose.

Staff was kind and helpful. Public lobby spaces were cute. Location convenient to train station. Booking, confirmation, checking in and out were easy.

This appears on the site to be a cute boutique hotel. The room was very cramped. The shower curtain was dirty. The room overall is old, outdated, shabby. Nothing like the images. Very disappointing. Didn't expect a room with two singles to be right up against one another. I would not recommend or stay there again.

modern . rooms had minibar and aircon . windows were soundproof so a good night rest was possible . The small gym was great . staff allowed us to store luggage after checkout for 4 hours . They also made reservations for a taxi after checkout to take us to the airport . we made this request the day before checkout .Breakfast had everything . continental bufet.

Lobby was extremely hot, elevators were not working and the fitness room is too basic with no A/C

It was very convenient to the metro, Luxembourg Gardens, cafe and bakeries. The apartment had everything we needed - fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, toiletries and towels provided. No AC but the fan made it comfortable. It was a great value for the money. The landlord was very responsive when we had questions. I would stay there again if I’m in Paris.

The sheets could be a better quality. There were only two pillows—I like to sleep with a pillow between my knees, plus my husband, we need three pillows. The overall, can’t complain. It was a good value for the $$.

Room was clean and as advertised. Location was great and central to many places of interest. Daily cleaning staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

My stay would've been generally great except a few hours after checking in on my first night, I was not dressed and resting in bed when a man and his child suddenly opened the door to my room. They were shocked and I was frazzled to say the least. Apparently the front desk had made an error and given my room to another party after I had already checked in, and that family had received a key to my room and entered while I was sleeping. I called the front desk about this and they realized their mistake. However, I never heard anything further from the hotel regarding this rather large mistake. This soured my impression of the hotel for my 3 nights there.

AC worked well.Comfy beds.

Bar was quite a disappointment.Shower gel and shampoo not the best scent.No wash cloths.

Competent front desk person, the physical building was nice

The person who cleans the rooms definitely smokes; my room smelled very strongly of cigarettes after she had cleaned it. I don’t smoke, so I found this smell disgusting. My room was also not ready at 2PM, which was irritating, since I had a tight window when I wanted to check in, and had an itinerary I was trying to stick to closely

Very nice location, friendly people

The bath was dirty. You can’t see it, but when you touch it you feel it. So that was kind of awkward. But I’ve checked in at midnight, maybe they even didn’t except anyone in that room. In general it is a nice place.

Location was excellent and the staff were all brilliant.

I did feel that some areas in our room needed a little updating/maintenance. There was damage to the bathroom sink, the blinds in the bathroom window didn't work and some paint needed refreshing. We did struggle with the room being too hot but I think the weather was quite warm this week. Unfortunately you can't open the windows at night due to the noise.

I forgot 3 boxes of expensive delicacy food (foie gras) in the fridge of the room n°104 mini-bar on 04.01.2025. Since our flight was delayed, we spent an additional night at the hotel in another room (209). When I realized I had forgotten the food on 05.01.2025, the concierge told me nothing had been reported to the reception.The logical conclusion is that the cleaning lady found the food, kept it for herself or to divide with her colleagues, thinking we would not ask for it (since she assumed we had left and would not return and ask for it). I asked the hotel to check with the cleaning lady or simply to check if the food was still in the fridge of room 104. I got no answer.Now, I know from experience that cleaning ladies tend to keep the food findings for themselves as a perk or bonus and that it is difficult for the hotel to get something back from them, but I would at least have enjoyed to get an answer in that sense instead of a pure denial.

All the staff were very polite, professional and helpful. The hotel was spotless and the location was perfect

Only a minor thing, the fitness centre had only one set of dumbbells, the weight was adjustable but still remained pretty light.
