Cons -
- The electricity in our room was faulty. One of the sockets sparked and scared my daughter badly. There are burn marks above where the plug came out. Twice, when we came back to the room after room service had been through to vacuum, the power was completely shut off as if the circuit had been overloaded. We had to go to reception and ask that they flip the switch to turn on the electricity again, which we watched them do (electrical board is behind the reception desk). It just seemed unsafe.
- Three times during my stay I found myself locked out of the hotel because the front desk agent had to take a break. He left a sign on the front door saying we’ll be back, call this number. No one answered the number and knocking on the door had no effect either. All this while paying $500 per night!!!! Obscene
- Included breakfast was "ok", don't expect over the top food, just something to get stomach ready for the day ahead! The place has a lot of "Steps/Stairs" which in some cases are not completely accessible by the Elevator, if you have elderly (or travelers having issues with Stairs/Steps) keep that in mind while booking the property, I asked this question during the booking and didn't get a clear answer. Had I known about the steps I would have thought about booking the property twice since my Mother has a lot of knee issues (the staff were able to move my parents to a different units after 3 nights which made the stay a little more enjoyable for my mom!) My bathroom did not have a shower (just a tub, with a connecting hose, meaning if you are a shower guy/gal you will need to hold on to the hose while washing yourself down, not great for real scrubbing!! Also there was no curtain while standing in the tub, meaning your whole bathroom is wet by the time you're done!).On our way out we asked the front desk staff to book a Taxi for us for the airport, the team mentioned Taxi will be on time and the price is around 70 Euro's (Not crazy, but more than what we paid on our way in). Taxi showed up on time (even 15 minutes early based on my request which was great) but when we got dropped off at the airport the price was 115 Euro's (keep in mind there was no traffic) so I was really surprised and dissaponted!

Pay way too much to be ignored and overlooked.$500 a night to get locked out

I booked this trip for my parents 55 wedding anniversary since they lived here for many years. The location was the main reason I booked this Hotel, close to all main attractions in Paris including Eifel Tower, Champs-Élysées, Quick Uber/Metro trip to the fantastic and busy "St. Germain". The price is not too bad for having this type of access. The staff (Specially Rachid and Theo) were amazing to work with, always attending to me and parents needs, respectful and on time with every request!

The staff was excellent. Spoke perfect English and were helpful and friendly. We were allowed to check in early :) Bonus was a tour of the beautiful house. We highly recommend Spa de Latour Maubourg. Our room was well equipped with full water bottles, a fridge and fancy shampoo. The house was beautifully decorated and the bathroom new. Wife found the whole stay romantic.
We missed their wonderful breakfast due to an early train and asked for a "to-go" bag but at 7AM there was no bag waiting for us. No big deal.
The staff is extremely helpful and supportive. The location is excellent, right beside the metro station, and it is easy to walk to the historical sites Thanks for the reception staff
Clean rooms and property. Good location.
Very small rooms for the price we paid. Sheets were very scratchy and beds not very comfortable.
Spacious room in lovely boutique hotel in a neighborhood with many restaurants and right near a Metro station. Staff was exceptional. Rashid was warm and friendly and extremely helpful. Lovely breakfast with many choices. Would most definitely stay here again!
No complaints whatsoever.
Great area within easy walking distance of fabulous locations, helpful and friendly reception, comfortable and stylish rooms
Grumpy breakfast server who looked very annoyed when we arrived for breakfast. That was only on our second day. Everyone else was very friendly
Great location, comfortable and stylish rooms, friendly and helpful reception
One of the breakfast servers (on our second day only) was very grumpy and looked annoyed when we arrived for breakfast.
Charming Hotel really in the theme of traditional Paris. Location was great, tucked away from the hustle, close to most of the attractions. Staff where great friendly and helpful
You can see that there was some attention to details about the room and facilities of the hotel, everything seemed well treated and clean, for a small hotel with a cozy little breakfast room, it had a good selection. The location is great with 4 or 5 restaurants just around the corner, 15 min walk from the Eiffel tower, we also walked to Louvre and shopping district.
There was a unfortunate misunderstanding with a booking time between 17:00 - 07:00pmThe room lighting could be better facing the closed.
Excellent location, breakfast was nice, and rooms were comfortable
We requested two identical sized rooms, and our friends was smaller and without view.
Very friendly staff, great location. Comfortable rooms with nice finishing touches. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa which was a sauna and cold room. The breakfast is nice and it’s good that it’s a smaller hotel with less people.
The bed was not that comfortable for us. We come from Australia and our beds are a lot softer. Hotel staff gave us some extra blankets to make it a bit softer which seemed to have helped a little bit.
excellent location near the tower. Walking distance about 10-15 min away. Small hotel but quaint and very clean and very comfortable. Staff excellent.
nothing negative to say
Very friendly staff! Great location, 20-30 min walk to all the sights.
Exceptional service. The manager rang when my camera had been left behind and agreed to keep it until I was next in Paris
Amazing location , 15 min walk to eiffel tower, a museum right next to hotel , walking distance to lots of important touristic places . Room was lovely , chic style . Metro station right in-front of hotel , famous cafe with eiffel tower view . Also on the streets behind hotel you can see the eiffel tower. Great for pictures
They can improve room cleaning … found a bottle of water in the fridge with something on it … looked terrible … and they didn’t hoovered first day my bathroom … dust and hair all over . The next day was hoovered and clean . I guess depends which staff is on duty
Absolutely lovely, small, and cozy hotel just in front of the metro station, which makes it very convenient to explore all of Paris. The people at the hotel are very nice and extremely helpful. I will definitely stay there on my next trip to Paris.
