Smell of mold in the room due to carpet floors. Noisy heaters. Door slams that could be avoided if doorknobs were properly installed

The breakfast was great.

The room and specifically the bathroom were dirty, the sheets were dirty as well with visible hairs and stains on them. As a response the worker from the reception gave us a pile of new sheets and told me to replace them ourselves.Our shower head kept breaking and the stuff did nothing about it. Our towels were occasionally hung back when we left them on the floor with the intention that they would be changed.In addition to all of that we were charged for amenities we didn’t even use and they didn’t agree to give us a refund.We alerted the staff about everything and they did very little to help and were very ignorant.

Location is superb, room is comfortable enough and good value for money.

Room a bit dated and small but to be expected at this price point. We were told that the front desk was 24:7 and that we could leave the room key at the front desk when out if we wanted to. One night we didn’t do this and when we arrived back at 1.30am, we had to wait 15 mins for someone to arrive to let us in as the door was shut. They told us we should’ve left the room key at the desk so they knew we were out, but this hadn’t been made clear it was a requirement when we checked in. So just be mindful of that.

It is an ok hotel in a very good area. Not the cleanest.

The bottom of the doors to the room has metal that is loose. Our son pulled the door and the metal hurt his foot so much that he needed to get stiches at the hospital nearby. They should fix the loose metal on the doors it is a liability to guests.

Location was great. The staff were very helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

There was hardly any room to move around in the room for 2 people. With only 1 chair available.

It’s not really in St Germain du Pres but close and less crowded with plenty of shopping all around.

Rooms was small, no fridge or lockbox and most of the staff didn't check you were the room occupant when giving the room key back, we received another room key by accident (you had to give your room key when going out).

Cleaniness, nice staff and close to everything

This is a very comfortable hotel in a great neighbourhood in Paris. The staff kindly looked after our luggage when we arrived before check in.

The night staff member who checked us in was new and unsure about where our room was.

Great hotel, very quiet and with great beds providing really good sleeps. Clean and in a very nice and Parisian neighbourhood.

The ventilator in the bathroom didn’t work otherwise all was good

In a great position with a couple of train lines about 5 minute walk away. The Hotel was in a great location and plenty of restaurants nearby and other food places. The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable along with friendly staff. This is a great Hotel to stay in. Nice little courtyard to sit at the end of the day and chill with free coffee and tea facilities, or otherwise a good size lounge area to sit and read a book if you like.

The breakfast didn't have a vast selection and a bit over priced we thought but it did consist of hot and cold items. If you're in a hurry it's not too bad, otherwise go for a walk up to a couple of the cafes and save yourself some Euros

Please supply security safe for valuables. Was not happy to have 200 euros taken from my room.
