Really good area, nice people around, close to metro stations, close to very good bars, patisseries, very safe place. Clean room.

Room is very small and and with bad soundproofing. In the morning you hear every step of everyone on your side of the floor.

Nothing in particular at that pice. The name, the location, the ranking are misleading. 1.5 or 2 Stars the most !

No wash cloth, no body lotion, no fridge or mini bar, no iron,etc... Lighting insufficient to pick up the colors in the room.

The bathroom was decent but it ends there.

I arrived at Hotel Ariane Montparnasse with my cat. Upon arrival, I had to wait because the room wasn’t ready, I had arrived early for check-in. As soon as I was given access to the room, I set up my cat’s food, as she needed to eat. But the moment I placed her food down, a swarm of ants gathered around it. I immediately removed the food, cleaned the area, and notified the front desk… who did absolutely nothing.So I had to clean the room myself and handle the issue on my own. For the rest of the stay, I kept my cat’s food sealed in a Ziploc bag I had fortunately brought with me, just to avoid attracting more ants. This forced me to spend more time in the room to monitor the situation, which added unnecessary stress.The room was also very noisy the first night, though the people making noise left the next day. The room was extremely hot despite the presence of a fan. The bathroom, however, was very nice, the only positive aspect of the stay.I would not return to this hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good location, around 10min walk from the nearest metro station.Decent room size (within Paris standards) and spacious bathroom. Room was clean with daily room service

It was clean, quiet & any easy walk to the metro and bus system.

There were no tea / coffee facilities in the rooms but there was is reception. I enjoy a hot drink first thing in the morning before having to go downstairs.

The hotel was in a great but calm location. Public transport and all required amenities are very close by. Breakfast was good. The room was pretty small but ok for Paris.

Coffee machine in the room. Good location. Hassle free accommodation.

Caffee Capsules in the room and lobby. It would be better. We used own Carte Noir capsulles sold by nearby Auchan.

Staff were awesome and couldn't do enough to help with any questions we had. Lovely quiet location for exploring Paris, very near to 2 metro stations, lots of shops and cafes in the area.

Shower could have been nicer.

The room was nice , the bathroom was convenient.

We stayed 3 nights. The first day the room was not cleaned. The breakfast was poor. After 8:30 the boufet was not renewed . We could not find any cheese or even boiled eags, and after 9:00 the coffee machine was empty and never refilled.

The location is nice. The service is also great, especially the free umbrellas and tea. The space of room is acceptable and the WiFi is fast. The room is clean.

The outside is noisy. The sound insulation is not very good. There is no content available to watch on TV. The red wallpaper is not very comfortable.

Very friendly staff. Clean, attentive and close to a lot of attractions.

Breakfast room very small which was fine on one day, but they had a very large family (20+ people) staying there that all descended upon the breakfast room at the same time. Maybe they should have been given a private time slot.

The room was spacious by Paris standards, furnished to a high standard and exceptionally clean. The bathroom was huge. We have never stayed in the 14th arrondisement before and were hugely impressed. It was clean, very safe, and had an enormous number of cafes and restaurants to choose from. We will stay here again. Metro transportation was nearby, including the RER Line B to CDG Airport.

Staff are very friendly, the Hotel is near a Metro station for line 13, has also bus routes nearby.

No air conditioning

The hotel was located in a good part of Montparnasse, close to restaurants and a couple of supermarkets. Also a short 10 minutes walk to the metro. Staff members were helpful and polite.

When we came we found a lot of hair in the shower and on the bed. Also there was so much dust everywhere, even on the walls. I ve never seen so much dust in a hotel. There was also an odd smell, probably from the old carpet

Staff very personable and helpful. Very nice breakfast. Quiet room with good bed.

With no air conditioning, it needed better ventilation. Room only had two windows with no screens that opened directly to courtyard. Typical small Parisian room.
