Everything was great. Room was super clean, good size, quiet, great location, staff super friendly (especially Angelika), the room was cleaned everyday and the sheets and towels were replaced for fresh ones. I strongly recommend this place and will stay there again next time.

Great location, friendly and helful staff!

The room looked worse than on the picture. It seemed to be clean but at the same time some elements were so old they couldn't be fully cleaned, like really disgusting nightstands with some stains, or fridge that was yellow inside. Carpets in the room were vaccumed but probably washed 10 years ago. Shower tiles were clean but corners rusty and black. I was really afraid to sleep on the pillows, who knows when was the last time they were changed.

The location of the hotel was excellent and central to all places of interest within walking distance. Our room was spotless and towels were replaced daily.

We could not fault the property.

Location of the hotel is really good, it’s close to the metro and the most well known attractions of Paris are within walking distance. Breakfast buffet wasn’t the biggest, but it had all the basics

The bed was uncomfortable - very hard, but it’s also matter of preference. There was a funny smell coming from the bathroom all the time.

I really recommend this hotel because it’s clean, close to the metro station and the stuff was helpful and friendly. The room was really pretty also (and the view)

    There’s nothing I didn’t like

great location very near to Gare Saint Lazare. Room was clean and comfortable.

The only truly positive aspect was the excellent location, which was very convenient for exploring the city.

The room was extremely small — it felt like it was meant for one person, and even then, not comfortably. What really made a bad impression was the carpet on the floor, which I find impossible to clean properly. You couldn’t walk barefoot or even in socks, and there were no slippers provided. Overall cleanliness was not sufficient either. The photos online do not reflect reality, especially regarding the actual size of the room.I understand that hotels in Paris tend to be expensive, but paying €470 for three nights did not feel justified given the quality and comfort of the room.

Location is a prime. You can easily walk within 30 minutes to the major attractions. The staff at reception and buffet are very nice and helpful.

The cleaning wasn't consistent. The rooms are shabby and too small. We were in room 64 on the 6th floor and the next door room bathroom was built at the expense of our room and sticking out occupying what used to be our room space, the wall separating it was a thin plasterboard, so we could clearly hear absolutely everything happening in that bathroom including all the private hygiene sounds (and it was absolutely disgusting). It was a disaster situation especially 2am at night when the next door neighbors were taking the shower and using a hairdryer, it felt like they were actually doing it in our bed.For the Eur 750 hotel charged us for the 4 nights it a bad value for the money.

Location is really great - Super easy to catch the metro. We used the airport shuttle service and that was really nice.

The A/C wasn't working properly. We has to call staff to help fix it multiple times. It was in Juli so A/C was very much needed. The bathroom was kinda tiny. Our room was by the elevator at we could easily hear other guests.

Location was perfect for our early train trip from St Lazare, just across the road. Very nice room with a great view of the square & attentive staff.

Room & lift were very tiny but just fine for one night.

Location . Location Two minute walk to Gare St Lazare and metro . Lots of eateries n close to shopping . Printemps n Galerie Lafayette is 12-15 mins walk n there’s a strip of Chinese restaurants 3 min away

    No complaints

Central location. Staff very helpful - storing luggage overnight; booking airport transfer

    6StevecPosted on: 9-14-2025

Adequate as a city centre base. Nothing to praise and nothing particularly to moan about either

Small room with a very large bad. Swop the bed for a standard king size would make so much more room.

Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, tea and coffee provided. Very close to Saint Lazare station. One staff member we encountered spoke good English and was helpful.

We were told the hotel was a 5 minute walk from Saint Lazare station, but as first-timers in Paris, we had no idea the train stations were so huge, multi-level, and many different entrance/exit points, it took us a long time to navigate our way out of the station, so it would have been helpful if this had been mentioned to us. Most of the hotel staff did not speak much English, so communication was difficult and confusing. We shouldn't have assumed that people spoke English like they do in the Netherlands. A lot of learning curves for us.

The location is great and quality of rooms equal to price.

We stayed in this hotel for the second time and the room this time was smaller which wasn’t very convenient for two people. But still good for short stay.

Great location- easy walk to Gare st lazare and galleries la Fayette and all the shops and eating places in between. Staff were very helpful - keeping my luggage safe for a day trip to bayeux. The accommodation is great for being out and about and coming back to sleep- a base for exploring Paris
