We waited almost an hour to check in - - no staff was present at the hotel upon arrival - - room was very small - - we couldn't hardly open our luggage - A/C not working blinds didn't keep out exterior lighting - very noisy overnight

The location was great, along with the price.

From the first step in the hotel, there was an awful smell of sewage. The carpets were dirty, and the walls dingy. I was sure that I would encounter bed bugs. I was pleasantly surprised that none were found when I checked The bed.

The room smelled musty, like old cigarettes smoke. Thr carpet was very dirty, in the room and common areas.

The best thing was location and price.

since it's a very tiny place, you could here the next door room guys and the noise of the staff walking down the hallway, noises from the street, cars and trucks

Rooms are tiny. Elevator is only for 2 persons so it takes 2-3 teip to take all your luggages up. No coffee machine in the room. Location is amazing.

Nothing! Its not even an hotel. Just a tiny building with tiny rooms.

Everything! Definitely not a 4 star hotel! This is a shame it is considered a 4 star hotel. Tiny hotel. tiny rooms. NO Lobby. wouldn't even give it a 2 star hotel. Ruined our vacation in Paris and we left with a very bad taste.

The hotel staff are very nice and helpful and the location is perfect

The receptionist Philippe was engaging and provided good service.I like the property location.I like the price point.I like the free drinks in the mini fridge.I like the provided toiletries. The AC unit worked really well.Good WiFi service, I was able to connect to work with no issues.

Doors were slammed by other occupants of the hotel (random).There was only one TV remote for 2 TVs, and the remote wasn't functioning for the bottom TV.I wish there was some kind of light, breakfast items or snacks provided at no charge.

Charming hotel, where the cleaning is spotless, and regarding the location, it's extremely close to the Champs Elysee Avenue. Undoubtedly, it's one of the best places for those who need to save some bucks and stay in a terrific hotel

The elevator is too tiny, but works very well!

Good location, and staff, and coffee machine in the room

Very little room, may be for minions)) I cut of my head when I went out on the balcony ;( and my long coat had nowhere to hang

The staff were friendly, accommodating, laid back, cute decor, quality soaps and creams, great amenities and a perfect location.

Perfect location at a good price. There were a lot of places to eat with a few minutes walk. The room was small but that was expected. Despite being small they are well designed, clean, pleasant with lovely bathrooms and coffee making facilities etc. While there is no bar or restaurant within the hotel, you literally have a dozen cafes and restaurants within a minutes walk, so that suits us perfectly. You basically get a nice, comfortable affordable room with a member of staff on hand 24 hours a day should you need anything.

Breakfast is available as room service. There is a small room on the second floor where you can have tea or coffee.

Could be warmer in the rooms.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was spotless and adequate but more space would have been nice. The location was amazing. Lots of restaurants around for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Also a small supermarket around the corner which was soo convenient. Will deffo stay again.

Small, friendly, hotel, just off the Champs-Elysées and Metro Line 1. Comfortable, quiet. Plentiful cafés for breakfast etc. Beautifully maintained.

Little storage space or design to make a small room work well. View onto the brick wall of a light well. No breakfast offer (except in-room with nowhere to eat it). Slow wi-fi. Altogether an excellent 3-star hotel but not sure why it's rated 4-star.

Rooms were so small not worth the money atall very expensive uncomfortable room dangerous even steps down were dsngerous and beams in room too low even for a small person

The room size was ridiculous and it was way over priced not atall required

The location was excellent. The rooms were clean and staff friendly. Noting more to add.

The fact that they blocked money in my account to cover the room booking (which im fine with, but this was done before the free cancellation deadline), and then i had to pay again with funds still blocked. Completely unacceptable as funds were only available back in my account after i left. So beware that you will have to effectively have double the budget to cover the costs of your stay. I even told them to use the blocked funds to cover the room, but they said its not possible, and would not complete check in until i paid in full.
