    • Loved the central location close to Montparnasse and Jardin du Luxembourg. Charming hotel with cozy rooms with an excellent concierge and management. Rooms might feel tight for groups, but for double or solo travelers, I felt the space perfectly adequate.

    • There are restaurants near by.

    Cons -

    • rooms and especially bathrooms are quite cramped
    • This is not a 4 star hotel, the staff couldnt tell me anything about how to get to any of the tourist attractions, the staff never heard of a tourist bus like the hop on hop off bus.
    • We had room #42, which is the handicap room. The bathroom isn't too convenient.

Staff very friendly and competent, especially Amelus, te receptionist, great decor, cool vibe. The location near Metro M#4 is splendid.

We had room #42, which is the handicap room. The bathroom isn't too convenient.

Hip decor, great location, wooden staircase.

No coffee in the room. Extra charge for breakfast, which wasn't well staffed, didn't get enough coffee.

The location is unbeatable, with many cafes and shops around the corner and only a short walk from Luxembourg Gardens. The hotel is also close to the metro. While the rooms are small, they are well kept and the artwork is very thoughtful. The staff were friendly and helped us book taxis. We loved it!

Nothing. The rooms are small, so it might be worth upgrading to one of the larger rooms if you have the budget. However, this did not bother us. It was wonderful.

The room was a little on the small side but that's normal for Europe. It was well appointed and very clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. It is located in a great area and I always felt safe when walking about at night there is a taxi stand one block away and the metro. I would definitely stay here again.

Not a lot of English speaking TV stations to choose from and new movie selections.

We truly had a wonderful time staying here! The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, big thanks to Amenie and the night-shift team (sorry, I forgot your names!). The hotel is nestled in a peaceful neighbourhood, just a lovely walk from the stunning Luxembourg Gardens. It’s a fantastic choice if you’re looking to stay a bit away from the busy tourist areas but still want easy access to everything the city offers (just a 3-minute walk to the subway station and of course, very bike-friendly) The hotel itself is charming, and we especially enjoyed the craft area where you can draw, so lovely.

The breakfast could offer a few more options, but it’s definitely a great way to start the day.

I liked the location, the ambiance and the breakfast :) You can drink your coffee at the lobby in silence. Air conditioner was working properly and there was a window in the bathroom which is really good for fresh air.

The radiator was blocking the toilet so it was a bit uncomfortable, there was a water leakage in the bathtub so whenever you take a shower the floors were wet. The water was also coming to the bedroom. The staff also know about this issue and they explained it to us that it was a design problem.

Very nice little hotel, cool art and super central location. Funky neighborhood vibe and nice hosts. Bed was very comfortable - just what I needed after a long adventure through the south of France.

Would have liked to know more about the connected restaurant space, wasn't sure if that was a separate space or part of the hotel and if so, if I could get some real coffee there :)

The front desk staff was the best, very kind and helpful, and the room was cozy and charming.

The pillows/bedding smelled slightly like mildew, or left wet for too long.

Good communication, received an upgrade, excellent front desk staff

    Nothing. Everything was great

    Location, breakfast

Our “superior” room was extremely tiny with not enough place to put our belongings of 2 persons with only carry on luggage.Soundproofing is relatively poor. Bathroom equipment is quite padded and needs to be renovated.

Great location. Small boutique hotel with nice rooms and stylish decor

Everything is good EXCEPT the receptionist

I had a really bad experience with the front desk of this hotel. To be honest, one unprofessional staff member can ruin the whole impression of the hotel, and that's exactly what the brown-skinned female front desk staff did. I had been looking forward to staying at this hotel for a long time, but her attitude completely destroyed my anticipation. I'm not sure if it's her personal issue like racial discrimination or the hotel's failure to train her properly. Anyway, her words and attitude were far from professional, polite or respectful.1. When we entered the hotel and were about to show our personal information, I took out my passport as I usually do in every hotel. However, she refused to take it and said, "Don't show me this. Just tell me your name." As a foreigner, I just wanted to make it easier for her to register, so I opened my passport again to show her my English name. But she rudely shouted at me again, "Don't show me! Just say your name!" I was confused and started to spell my name in English. Then she interrupted me again and said, "I have received many Chinese guests here, OK? Just say your name!" I really couldn't understand why she had to be so disrespectful and make such a simple thing so complicated just to confirm a guest's name.2. It was more than an hour before the check-in time. She said something very quickly with a very unstandard English pronunciation (similar to Indian or Middle Eastern English). Naturally, I couldn't understand half of what she said. When I politely asked her what she meant, her first reaction was not to explain but to look at me with a mean smile and said, "Is your English, emmmm? Not very good?" I was really shocked. When a hotel front desk staff fails to express clearly and the guest tries to confirm the information, her first response is to blame the guest's English ability. Such unprofessional behavior is truly eye-opening.

We spent part of our honeymoon in Paris in this hotel. The staff was amazing and the location was great. The room is a bit small for 2 people, if we were to spend more than a week here it would have been uncomfortable. However the hotel is really beautiful, very clean and the bed is very comfortable!

    Small room for 2 people.

Nicely decorated, great location, close to restaurants and metro stations, and walking distance to a few attractions. Extra thanks to the lovely and helpful staff especially Amenis,I would definitely stay again.

Everything was outstanding! I was fascinated by the elegant and stylish interior and artistic atmosphere of this beautiful hotel. I was so happy to start celebrating my birthday at this place, everyone was so kind to me. I really appreciated the kindness and friendliness of the stuff. Breakfast was incredibly delicious! It's worth noting the perfect location in the heart of Montparnasse. My stay was unforgettable! Definetly, I will return to this hotel on my next trip to Paris.
