- The hotel has a nice layout, great setting. I simply cannot say enough good things about the staff. They were friendly, professional, courteous, and helpful. They even promptly shipped us back some items we accidentally left behind. Superbe, merveilleux!
- 1) Small room with all amenities! 2) sound proof, no street sounds when sleeping, helps a lot to rest well. 3) Next to Gare De Lyon, getting to the hotel from the Airport, access to metro and rail lines to rest of Europe is just awesome.
- The hotel is attractive, clean and modernized throughout. Bed was very comfortable. Staff kind and helpful. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Located near the train station we needed, and close to restaurants.

- Maybe add a breakfast bar?
- Extra towel or clothes hanger would have helped to optimize towel usage.
- The room was small for 2 people, hardly any space for suitcases except on the bed. No drawers, just a little hanging space. Best for short stays. Bathroom nice but needs a grab bar in the tub/shower. More places to hang towels if you plan to reuse.

It was clean and close to the Metro. Very friendly staff who spoke English.
Rooms were small-- but that was expected.
