Not a bad location

Bathroom door find the close or lock, blow dryer didn''t work, hole in the floor underneath carpet, and most importantly, almost fell down the stairs because the hall lights didnt work and we couldn''t see going down the stairs.

Up to my expectation

Reception not only always try to sell something like transfer, tours. but also they lied about distance and taxi prices. He said 50 but we paid 13

Hotel is very good, room is very comfy, nice bathroom, quality service, clean, and location is perfect. Very good for this price.

Great room, which was the perfect size for a single traveller. The bed was very comfortable, and I liked the small desk and chair as a work station. Breakfast was great, and I loved the freshly baked pastries every morning. The room was very warm and cosy. The location was perfect for my needs and was easy to access and travel to and from. Good selection of shops, cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance.

The whole building was a bit tired and in need of some tender care, but I was not put off by this. The room's heating did not have a thermostat, so difficult if you would like the room a little cooler. I could see where some efforts had been made to update and modernise the building, and this was appreciated, and I am sure that when the rest is completed, it will be even better.

well located in the center of Paris, easy to find, breakfast ok, friendly reception staff, clean sheets, good bedding but I had a one bed room with a little desk and a cupboard, ok for a one night stay for work

The storefront doesn't look like a hotel with bay windows with screens that hide the interior, and the building looks very, very old and does not look well maintained. Heating much too high. not inviting shower. broken bedroom door, very very noisy outside : people shouting when leaving bars at 2 AM and a construction skip under my windows at 6 AM..., room overlooking the faubourg, very small breakfast room,

Water leakage from upper floor. Not clean. Only one light was working. Too warm, you cannot switch off heating. Noisy. WiFi did not work.

Good walking distance from Notre Dame, Eiffel Tower, Sainte Coeur de Montmartre.

Close to a lot of restaurants and a grocery store

The location was the only good thing.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! There is an intense bed bug problem. My entire body is covered in bed bug bites and the front staff did not care at all, the woman who changed my room didn’t even look surprised, all the bad reviews are true. I don’t have high standards for hotels at all and this is by far the worst place I have ever stayed in. Even if it didn’t have bed bugs, everything is ancient and stinks. Staff is rude and inhospitable. Spend a bit more and stay somewhere better. I say this as my body is itching and covered and huge bites it’s not worth it.

The scary lift but everything is well maintained

As walk in smell of damp, holes in wall covered in paper taped on, broken hand rails, bedding old, stained, carpets stained,worn with holes. No bed bugs seen but poo and stains from them on mattress and bedding. Iffy electric, dangerous looking extention for room. Avoid especially with children as not safe, no reply to complaints from booking.com or hotel, we didn't even last one night, spent over 600 for 3 nights, my daughter has sensory and additional needs and just burst in to tears and could not stay another minute. I read reviews knew wouldnt be perfect but they at least said was clean. Avoid

It’s a bit old and dusty

the staff were very nice! the rooms were good for the price (180 for 3 people incl the tourist tax= 60e pp). the breakfast was also quite nice with some pastries and a very efficient coffee machine. its also in a good area with a lot to do and very easy to access.

i was asked to pay a 100e deposit that i was not told about before nor could i find anything about on the booking here. i also didn't have 100e in cash on me and they let me pay 70e instead so i felt concerned due to the lack of transparency. also, a lot in the room was broken, incl the luggage rack and shower curtain as well as many marks on the walls and some stained towels. super thin windows/walls/doors as well.
