Hotel Des Trois Gares

The room was small but comfortable. The bathroom was clean and quiet.Location was very close to stations and subway. It was possible to leave the key at the desk when leaving. There is a 24/7 duty person to open the door at any time, which was convenient.

Friendly staff.

There are stairs to the lift plus once you arrive on your floor there are more stairs.

Breakfast was good. I loved the coffee.Also, the location was good.

The air conditioner was very weak. The room was very warm.

I liked everything about this property! The staff specifically! So welcoming. We were an hour early but they had already arranged our room and gave us an early check in. Gave us accurate directions to get to the main train station nearby. AND provided us with umbrellas.. the breakfast was also good. The room was spacious, and comfy. Paris was our first stop during our 21 day Europe tour. The hotel gave us a great start! Big thanks! Highly recommended.

Only the location.

Parking is mentioned, but there is not. It is too convenient to forget to add that there is a parking near by, but with very bad feedback, about scratched and hit cars. When I asked the lady on the desk about the parking she said that actually it is listed as "nearby parking" which is a lie. Parking is mentioned with other facilities. She told me if I didn't like it I can cancel...really? At the last moment?...when I am gonna be charged anyway? When I don't have different place to stay...? I think it is not ok at all, especially with these parking prices in Paris!

I liked the location the most, it’s a very local residential area by the water and the metro is about a 8 min walk straight. The older woman with short hair who checked us in was very informative and helpful!

First, your key must be dropped off anytime you leave the hotel… when we came back all we did was say our room number to a random desk agent we never saw before and they would just hand us the keys to the room without checking ID or asking any other information to confirm… The PM managers didn’t allow my friend to sit in the lobby while I got changed for more than 5 minutes which I found weird… no hand soap or shampoo so be sure to bring your own. Elevator will fit 2 fit people maximum and if you have luggage be prepared to bring them up individually (10 min alone)

Room had what I needed for the night. It is quite close (walking distance) to Gare de Lyon and to the metro. The place is clean, and staff friendly. Room was silent

The hotel is outdated (a bit old). Price-value is OK. There was nothing wrong with the hotel. I wouldn't stay more than a couple of days. I think after the Olympic Games, similar hotels have above average price for the value they offer.

Generous sized room, great location only a few minutes walk from a well -connected metro stop, decent breakfast, and friendly staff.

Big room, good facilities. Lovely and professional welcome. Good breakfast. We were able to leave our luggage for the following morning.
