It was very close to the catacombs, and reasonably priced. The staff was friendly, and breakfast was good.

the sink splashed water over the edge when turned all the way on, I had to wipe it off the floor a few times.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean. Although the carpet was questionable. The bed was super comfortable, but the walls aren’t not very soundproof. Could hear a couple next to me. Very nice and safe area with lovely restaurants and cafés all around and some shopping. Very convenient to be able to hop on the train and see the Eiffel Tower along with many other beautiful features of Paris.

Only thing I didn’t like about the hotel really was the carpet and the thin walls and lack of soundproofing for activities happening in another room.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Chatillon Paris Montparnasse. Location was quiet and safe neighborhood. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Easy asscess by public transportation. Overall, it was great value for the price, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Paris.

Very nice reception team. The hotel close to metro and Tram with many restaurants and grocery.

Rooms are not sound proof. Can here ppl talking while going out of lifts and xxx activity in other rooms clearly ?Lift is small and slow

This hotel is located in a very quiet, non-touristic area in Paris, which we love! Nice rooms that are well equipped. Most of all, very quiet!

Nice quiet location in the cener of the city. Cossy atmosphere, clean rooms and bathrooms. My comunication with the staff was not very sucessful before I came, so the hotel exceded my expectations.

It was not located at a busy road. Quite calm. The breakfast is of good quality for the price. The room is a bit old but clean. There were no spots, molt or bad smell. The city center is fairly reachable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Clear communication.Reachable by phone also. 24/7 staff at the entrance.

Communication about the pre-authorisation would be nice. But it worked out alright. The walls were thin but we had good and not so noisy neighbours. It had a good heater but was hard to regulate. Maybe a smart thermostat could create a more stable and comfortable room temperature. (Also saves a lot on the energy bill)

Room was good, bathroom very good, staff very accommodating and helpful, nice breakfast.

The facility was a cute hotel with a very Parisian atmosphere. All the front staff are also very nice. The nearest station, Alesia, is on line 4 from Gare du Nord, making it very convenient without changing trains. There is a big Carrefour nearby, which is very convenient. It's a safe area.

The location was close enough to the station, but also far enough that it didn't disrupt your nights to rest. They also had a few cafes outside if you'd prefer to explore for food options. Staff were very accommodating and helpful with concerns, considering it was a last-minute booking. The hotel room was clean, warm, and very spacious.

Rooms are too small and the bath stinks so bad.The entire hotel smells so bad and couldn’t even stay there. Bad experience.

They were so nice, and they gave us a box of free chocolates on Christmas day. We would definitely come back. Great connection by bus from Paris Orly airport!!
