Location

The rooms had mold, spider webs, and dust. Will not book ever again.

Not very far from Metro Station. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

Wi Fi did not work in my room and performed poorly in the lobby.

Grumpy, unhelpful desk staff. Like really grumpy and not the least interested in helping.

The emplacement only

Staff was rude, you have to leave your key at the front desk every time you go out of the hotel. The room wasn’t 100% clean and walls were thin like papers. I could hear my neighbour cough and humm in his own room and the noise of the working escalator at all time. Bed was noisy but clean. Will not stay here again

The location is quite good.

My room was on the ground floor, and some kind of generator kept turning on behind the wall all the time, which made it impossible to sleep peacefully.The hotel has very poor sound insulation.The shower was so small that I could barely fit in, and I was afraid to lift my arms properly to wash myself (and I’m very thin).The toilet was right next to the shower, and for a bigger person it would have been impossible to sit comfortably.There wasn’t really a proper blanket — just a sheet and a wool blanket without a cover, which is unhygienic.For some reason the radiator didn’t work. I was lucky it was 10°C outside so it wasn’t too cold, but I still wanted to turn the heating on.My window also wouldn’t open for ventilation.There was no carpet in the room either — only cold tile flooring.The hotel also didn’t provide disposable slippers.

Very good location, lots of restaurantes and cafés and close to metro and bus stations. Very nice and renovated bathroom, the room is ok, just like the pictures. Staff was nice.

The walls are thin so you can hear people on other rooms. I woke up several times at 4/5am because other guests were speaking to each other.

It was kind of near the buses and trains. The bathroom was new.

The rooms were small, and not very clean nor comfortable. The curtains were broken. The bed cover looked filthy.

Room service was daily and the bathrooms were new. The proximity to local restaurants and bakeries

Receptionist weren’t really helpful and the lift was really old. Kinda scary. Pillows were really old and the bedroom small

Clean and basic but comfortable enough. Staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast croissant is amaziiiiing! Small.hotel but oh well. Easy access to everything- good and metro station.

A little too small of a room.

Location was good.Not super central but we managed to get around every destination we wanted to.

The breakfast was poor.Just a croissant and a baguette which were tasty but nothing else more.It would’ve been nice to have some cheese/meat and some vegetables on the side.

The room was very small with an attached bathroom. The room was very clean and fairly quiet even though my place was next to the elevator.

The shower was very small.

The location is pretty close to the public transport.The area is quite and close to supermarkets and many other facilities.

The personnel weren't too friendly or helpful. Here is an area flr improvement.When we have arrived they didn't understand that we did a modification from staying 2 nights instead of 3 nights.The doors are destroyed and you hear everything from outside.Every time when we left the hotel we should to leave the key at the reception. Why? I really don't know.The breakfast was very poor. It includes just one croissant, baguette, coffee/tea and juice.So, don't expect too much from this breakfast.

The room was very small and not particularly clean. Although the taxi driver advised caution in the area, I didn’t experience anything concerning.

I went for a single room as we cheap on budget. Room is small and a bit tight in bathroom but for the price more than worth it

Just a little tight in the rooms but little they could do to improve it. It is what it is, good value, friendly staff but dont expect the ritz when youre not paying those prices
