Rooms were very small for 2 people to share. they should call in single person rooms. For that price there were other better hotels to compare ! customer service sucked !

I APPRECIATED THE SAUNA AND THE HAMMAM. THE HOTEL IS WELL LOCATED.

THE BREAKFAST PRICE IS TOO EXPENSIVE. THE ROOM WAS A BIT TOO SMALL

Location, spacious room, sauna and swimming pool, all was fantastic.

When we arrived the night staff was wonderful friendly and funny very welcoming. We found the room lovely great location and the next day staff very friendly, room clean, there was use of spa offered and breakfast was available for additional cost. However the night before we were leaving we spoke with the member of staff at reception and asked if we could arrange late check out, we were told we had between 11-12pm to check out anything after 12pm we would be charged. We said thanks and went out when we arrived home it was late and we asked the night staff if we wanted to check out later then 12pm what do we do he advised us to inform the morning staff. We did not check out after 12 we ended up checking out 11:50am. When we arrived at front desk to check out the morning member of staff was extremely rude saying next time you decide to check out late you should inform us and I said sorry we spoke with 2 different members of staff who advised us we only needed to call if it’s after 12pm as we arranged late check out until 12. The lady was incredibly rude rolling her eyes and making us feel uncomfortable I told her again honestly we told 2 different members of staff she huffed and said no you were told call the front desk. I don’t understand that even if it was a misunderstanding between the night staff afternoon staff and morning staff there was no reason to be rude to us. It was a shame because we were made to feel welcome by all the other staff. The hotel was clean in a great location and bed very comfortable.

Exceptionally good front desk staff. Nice breakfast, clean. The shower issue mentioned in another review is inconvenient but hardly a deal breaker.

Restaurant choices heavy on Asian. You can find other options if you get out of the area — certainly no fault of hotel. ?

Good location. Metro station is a bit far. It was at the begining of very popular far east cousine street.

The location

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional, with poor behavior toward guests, which created an unpleasant first impression.In addition, the noise level was an ongoing issue. The receptionist area was often noisy, and the cleaning staff started making a lot of noise early in the morning, making it difficult to rest.The gym facilities were also extremely limited, with only three machines available, which is far below expectations for a hotel offering a gym.Overall, due to the staff attitude, noise issues, and limited facilities, I would not recommend this hotel unless improvements are made.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, the Spa is a nice plus and breakfast is amazing!

Fantastic location, breakfast was lovely and the swimming pool is a huge bonus

Our room on the 6th had sloping walls so being tall was hard work bending over and hitting our head a lot !!

Small but highly comfortable room, great breakfast, and nice facilities such as a pool and a steam sauna. Amazing and helpful stuff. Highly recommended!

The sauna was a bit to cold for my taste. It could be warmer.
