Hotel Villa Nicolo - Tour Eiffel

No air conditioning in 90 F. The room and bathroom are so small. No screen in the window. Elevator is so small. Staffs are very rude. Room charge is too expensive.

The property is very well kept and felt very safe. I like that they also had many communal spaces were you could either sit outside in a lovely, well kept courtyard, or relax at the bar inside.

Nothing! Our stay was perfect and far exceeded expectations. The next time I am in Paris, I will definitely be booking this hotel again.

From the entry into a courtyard being greeted by hospitable and kind professionals to the charm of the colors and decor!

The room was comfortably large for two people. I loved being able to open the window in our bedroom . We loved the neighbourhood that the hotel was located in, and being able to walk to the river and the Eiffel Tower. There were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, as well as access to the metro. My friend is a smoker, so the little courtyard gazebo with seating was nice to have. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was good, but the selection of items was somewhat limited. I expected more fruit than apples.Access to free coffee and tea in the breakfast room outside of breakfast hours would have been appreciated, because the in-room supply of coffee was meagre. In addition, there was no milk for tea and coffee in-room.

The rooms were elegant, the location on a small side street was very peaceful, and the neighborhood, Plassy, was a great place to eat wander and see sights. The Tour Eiffel was no more than 10’ walk away.

Right in the middle of old town, my favorite location. There is a restaurant onsite but you may need reservations. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choices.

Easy to get to other areas in Paris. Staff was excellent especially the General Manager. He took a personal interest in our having the best time possible while in Paris

I like the convenience of an airport pickup to the hotel. HOWEVER, we were suppose to have transportation from the hotel back to the airport included in the price and we had to PAY 75 euros for that ride. I believe you now OWE me that additional cost!

Being made aware of the size of the room- it wasn't small - it was TINY!!!. The hotel had different levels of rooms which we were not made aware of and ours was the lowest and smallest by far!!!

The staff was amazing and the location was really good, very close to the Eiffel Tower and many amenities available around. The room was way better than we expected, very clean and they offered a free crib to our daughter that it was so sweet. We will definitely come back.

Location was awesome and near so many cute shops, restaurants and attractions. Breakfast was nice - always quiet and well stocked when we were there. Staff was AMAZING! Very helpful and welcoming. Rooms were each unique and cutely decorated with their own vibe! We loved it!

Rooms were smaller than what we are used to but the charm made up for it!

Very quaint and quiet. You can get wine, beer and soft drinks in the lobby to enjoy in your room.

You do have to maneuver a few steps to the elevator.

The hotel offers a junior suite that caters our family needs.The smaller hotel size fives a homey feeling. Location is perfect, loved the neighborhood

The Hotel is quaint and lovely, set in a peaceful and beautiful courtyard. It is very convenient to all of Paris and the wonderful sightseeing. The staff were beyond friendly. Rashid was extremely helpful with dinner reservations, transporation arrangements and alwaysoffered a welcoming smile at every interaction. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and cute boutiques. The Hotel Villa Nicolo is the perfect place for a Paris getaway!

Wonderful and friendly staff, room was clean and comfortable, slept like a baby. Also had a great view of the top of the Eiffel Tower! Everyone was so friendly and I loved the fragrant jasmine in the courtyard.

Very nice and clean. Staff at front desk very nice and helpful. Breakfast area very small but comfortable and good variety to choose from. Best scrambled eggs! Loved the quaint small streets. Wish we had eaten at the Pizza place across the street!

With the title "Tour Eiffel" and saying a "few steps" to the tower.,.. thought it WAS MUCH closer. Actually quite a hike. Since we thought it was close... it was why we booked here as we are Senior citizens. Should mention there are steps involved getting to the petite elevator and getting off the elevator to get to room. For older people and those who have very heavy luggage not easy. One morning, person on duty did not speak English well so hard to get what we were wanting in breakfast area. He worked at the front desk. Guessing person who was suppose to be organizing breakfast did not show up on time.

Lovely, small boutique hotel with kind staff and comfortable and clean accommodations. Perfect place to return to after a long day of sight seeing. Neighborhood is quiet and safe with small high end shops. Though it's only a short walk to Trocadero and the Eiffel tower, you'll need the Metro to get to most of the city's other sights.
