Everything was excellent, but I think that what made this possible was the treatment of the employees and a young man of Mexican nationality, I don't remember his name, excellent

Location was perfect for sightseeing . Bed was huge and super comfortable.

A kettle would be a valuable addition especially if you want to make a cup of tea . Not everyone likes coffee.

Close to Louvre and train station, very clean hotel, the staff were all friendly and the daily free breakfast was excellent.

The sheets aren't changed during our stay, but that's generally not a problem.

Amazing staff and service, friendly and super helpful and accommodating. Fantastic location, very close to 2 metro stations including the RER for Disneyland Paris. We had a fabulous stay in one of their suites (very large to fit our family of 5). Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again next time we are in Paris!

Spacious room. Good breakfast spread. Responsive and caring staff. Excellent location, near to everything that one would want to visit in Paris.

Tricky to call a taxi as the property is within the LTZ. Public transport is close by hence not much of an issue.

Rooms with this kind of prices in the basement are unexpected. They are so depressing! Do not recommend for that purpose

The location is perfect to explore Paris. Solina at the reception warmly welcomed us and showed us the room, which is very impressive to us! Room is large and clean. The mattress is very good and blackout curtains works for our good sleep in jet lag. In addition, the breakfast is a highlight - very delicious. Definitely recommend this hotel if you want to explore Pairs!

If the water bottle could be filled everyone, that will be better! Also the ventilator is the bathroom could be stronger if possible.

Staff were very helpful and rooms were bigger than the average Paris hotel rooms.

My room was near the SPA and the smell of menthol could somestimes be disturbing.

Excellent location and very friendly staff. Breakfast was very good. The room was beyond my expectations with a large king bed and pullout couch, large bathroom with a separate toilet room and a small table and chairs seating area. I would definitely recommend staying here and in the future stays for myself, this would be the place I would book.

It was a little cool in the room the first day and did not know how to adjust the temperature. I could have asked but chose to just wear one of the robes provided.

The location was excellent - very central for lots of sites. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable.

It would have been good to be able to control the heating in our room ourselves as it was chilly on a couple of occasions, and we would have liked to give it a bit of a boost after coming in from the cold. Staff did say they could offer us an extra heater, but as the room warmed up over time we decided against this.

Great location. Very professional, friendly and helpful staff. The size of the room and the cleaning staff all very good.

Lack of some facilities like swimming pool. There was jacuzzi but sadly we found out it was not in luded on our rate which was disappointing and we thought we paid for all facilities available.

Breakfast was handy. Staff kind and helpful. Amazing location, walk to a number of significant sights, restaurants and major subway station that also goes straight to Disneyland making it an easy day trip. Suitable for a family.

No self-use laundry facilities available and laundry service very over priced. Thankfully a laundromat around the corner. Breakfast was late opening so we missed out one day. Shower was poorly designed so water leaks out to the bathroom. Very small bathroom.

Location location location, the property is very charming. The breakfast is a great way to start your day. Staff was always very helpful.

The staff was perfect and very attentive. Great location and nice people. Maybe the breakfast isn't the best but the staff spieces everything. A nice place to stay . Sonia at the reception is just wonderful and incredible. The Indian beautiful lady in the restaurant is also wonderful. My daughter pured juice on the table and she cleaned it compassionately. Nikola the barman was also a nice guy. The other guy at the reception was also a very comfortable guy to talk with. Spoke very nice German and was attentive and supportive. A lot to write. We shall be back. Love you all.

Maybe more creative breakfast. Incredible sausages. The omelettes can be improved upon.

The room is spacious. The seating area is nice. The bed is comfortable.

There's a fairly large, elevated platform next to the living room area that is not very useful. That space could be utilized more efficiently. The bathtub is very high. It's hard to get in and out, and the tub is extremely slippery which is a safety issue. The hand-held shower is hard to use; it sprays water all over the floor when it's used. The tub should be replaced with a shower.
