- The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect, the staff was very kind, and the room was adequate.
- I was looking for a place just to sleep, I knew it wasn’t a luxurious hotel, its very simple, but if you only need a place to sleep with a good price, it’s worth itIt’s super close to Gare de Lyon station and the street is very quiet
- The location to the subway and to nearby restaurants was great. Check-in process was also seemless. It was only on the second floor, which made it convenient with baggage.
Cons -
- There was only one outlet in the room, and this hotel did not have any splitters behind the front deskââ¾ So I could either be cool with the fan or charge my phone but not both.
- Small room, mattress not conformable, poorly bathroom, broken headboard, no towels or paper toilet when we arrived, old window curtains
- My room was on the third floor, and they don’t have an elevator, the staircase is small and narrow.

The room and the quality of the bathroom, sheets, blankets, etc., were much lower than expected. The size was much smaller than it appeared in the pictures. Also, the walls are super thin and we were both disturbed by others and others were disturbed by us.
The room was quite small and the basic amenities like water, hair dryer and kettle were absent. Also, there was quite cost cutting in soap and shampoo. So, total waste of money.

Location
The hôtel is really basic, no elevator (I was on the 5th floor with my suitcase), isolated room (I was scared), I could hear all the noise of the next room and the front door of the hotel always opened...
Great location, close to the Gare de Lyon and easy access to cafes boulangeries, restaurants etc. On a quiet side street. Staff were very welcoming. Great value.
There is no elevator so be prepared for some exercise.
Location and price
Cleanliness of carpets
Very comfortable and clean, excellent value for the location!
The absence of food or drink available.
Easy to get to from Gare du Lyon
I couldn't see how to request a twin bed-ed room.. so we had to share a bed!
Our stay was amazing. The hotel staff were very nice and kind. Both our check-in and check-out were very fast. The room was small, as is typical for this type of hotel, but it was fine. The bed was big and comfortable, though the pillows were a bit too large and stiff for our liking, so we didn’t use them. There was no AC in the room, but it wasn’t hot at all. The surroundings were good, clean and quiet. We stayed during the European Cup, and I want to highlight that even when we left for the airport late at night, the area felt very safe! The location is one of the best you can get, very close to the city center. We walked to the Eiffel Tower on our first day, and it took only about 15 minutes till the first landmark on our way. Gare de Lyon station (for metro and trains) is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, and several bus stops are also nearby, depending on your destination. For example, on our third day we went to Disneyland, and it took us only about 35–40 minutes to get there from the hotel. So, the location is truly excellent.Breakfast is available at the hotel, but we didn’t order it. However, there is coffee and croissants provided for about 7 euros (if I’m not mistaken). We preferred eating at the nice places around the hotel, there’s something for everyone in the area!
Only the pillows, simply too hard and too 'bloated' to sleep on them, other than that everything was great
There was no elevator and I was on the 5th floor with a heavy suitcase, so not good. The front door was always locked so it was a pain getting in and out. I will not be staying here again.
Close to station and facilities.
The room was very small and the bathroom was modern but very tiny.
Location
The hotel didn't have an elevator and there was plumbing issue in the bathroom. The water overflowed. My mother did not like this place.
location close to gare de lyon & very friendly staff
stairs are difficult to climb but you can leave the luggage down
Woman on reception pleasant and helpful. Clean beds and bathroom. Quiet area despite being very close to Gare de Lyon.
Noise of couple next door shagging through what were thin walls which went on for hours.
Simple but good. The location is perfect for a short stay. The price is also good compared to other hotels in Paris.
The room is very small and the bulding is old.
Hotel did not meet expectation or photos advertised, we did not like anything at all.
Everything, from the entrance to the angry looking staff behind the reception check in to his forceful demand of 5.20 euros tax before handing over out room keys even though we had already pad for our room before arrival. The hall way to the room was so narrow, as well as the stairs so uncomfortable going upstairs. The rooms were close to each other that we could not sleep because of the noise from the rooms next door about 3 others doors so close. Also the room had 2 single basic beds, room was also so cold my child and I slept in our jackets because of lack of proper warmth and the only chair in the room was very old. I put the chair against the door as well. The beds had no blankets but sheets, We just sat up in our beds till 5am and left the hotel immediately to catch our connecting train.
Bad
Five flights of stairs with luggage because there is no lift. Room old and of poor standard. Holes in the towels, which I wouldn't use. Only stayed because I was returning home from a 14-hour flight.
for having to be at Gare De Lyons very early, perfect location
The hotel is not expensive and it is fairly clean. The staff met my request for a first floor room. Everything from corncierge desk to room is a bit dingy. Also the street itself is dark, not well lit. So, in other words, I felt I had to be always conscious of safety and staying clean too.
