The staff was fabulous, the room was clean, the public transportation was easy to access.

Would like a slightly larger shower. Next time we might upgrade the room a bit.

The room and especially the shower were much smaller than the pictures. They also lacked the charm from the pictures.

The hotel was close to everything and very clean.

It was a small hotel and recently refurbished. Our room was comfortable and clean. The towels were lovely and fluffy. We had daily housekeeping which was nice.

The staff were not welcoming or readily available. They did not offer a 24 hour reception cover. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. However next to reception there was a coffee/ hot chocolate machine, and hot water for tea. We asked for milk for the tea but we were told there was none available, even though there were cereals available for breakfast. The location of the hotel was a bit further south of the 5th arrondissement than we were expecting so involved a lot of walking to and from the Metro or RER. However we accept that that was our fault.

False advertisement. The photo had a large room with a balcony.I was given a room the size of a walk in closet with a small window.room so small could not open the door and walk in.It is extremely disrespectful to offer this type of lodgment to unsuspecting travelers

Absolutely nothing. It was an disgusting experience.

Quiet location yet accessible to most places by bus.Clean and comfortable room though a little small.

No water boiler in room but available in ground level dining area

The property was adequate - best feature would probably be the small on site breakfast room. Pate in nearby restaurant.

Small room, tiny bathroom with no surface area around sink. A long way from the centre - the far end of the Latin Quarter.

Room is small but not unexpected.

Excellent location. Accessible by bus to both Gare Montparnasse and PER Port Royal. Walking distance to attractions in Latin Quarter. Few minutes walk to Rue Mouffetard Market, a must visit in the morning.

No kettle in the room.

the room was unacceptably small, there was no space for our luggage, not even somewhere in the bathroom to put our tootbrushes and the room was cold

There was rubbish under the bedThey didn’t take out our empty rubbish Had to leave a €100 deposit and they charged us €35 for city tax

Very central.

The walls were very thin. We could hear everything from the next door guests and also from above and under. It was very loud and noisy.

Good and convenient location. Great staff, always willing to help with a smile!

Small clean room with well used space, everything necessary available. cozy light. good location with practical public transport connection (bus or metro), attractions partly within walking distance.
