The breakfast was basically a continental breakfast, no hot food, had to be ordered day before

The hotel is a 7 minute walk from the metro. The room is large with a small area to fix food and a table to eat at. The room also came with a clothes washer and soap but no dryer. We used it every night. We would definitely stay there again.

We are traveling as a family of six and it can be difficult to find space for that many people in Paris. We loved the apartment-style Suite L’Elegant. It’s clean, beautiful, and close to many attractions.

Clothes airer not provided, also the spa was closed for renovations and we were not offered any compensation.

Hotel is in a great location, close to markets, boulangeries, metro stops etc. Our suite was HUGE for European standards. Incredibly comfortable, spotless. Amazing kitchen with all the amenities. Looked brand new. Can't say enough great things about this place. Would definitely stay here again. Was very quiet.

Obvious mold growing in washing machine with terrible smell when opened - I spent over €20 and time having to go to laundromat instead, small bathroom, breakfast delivery to room was a nice option but expensive and the espresso from the machine in the room was much better than the delivered coffee, floors were difficult to keep clean

The suites are so lovely

Our suite did not have a full refrigerator, which is OK, but it didn’t have an icemaker. When we needed ice, we had to go to the front desk. One evening the attendance said it wasn’t their responsibility so we couldn’t have ice. That just didn’t seem to resonate when you’re paying that much money. However, it’s comfortable, super clean, and in a great location. We’d go back even with this little glitch.

Great location and friendly staff. The hotel was great. Close to sites, metro, laundromat ( for lots of wash), restaurants and market. Would recommend!

Delightful and relatively affordable apartment suite in a convenient, quiet neighborhood. Great A/C, and full amenities including complete kitchen and washing machine. Staff was friendly and helpful and spoke pretty good English.

Everything was good

The room was spacious, with beautiful high ceilings. Absolutely superb location next to all the historic and cultural gems of Saint Germain de Prés. Two complimentary bottles of filtered water in glass carafes were a nice touch.

The sound isolation was lacking, we could hear people going up and down the staircase every single time, which was adjacent to our room.The big towels could be of higher quality for a 4 star hotel in this price range.

Clothes Dryer did not work. I had to use the laundry machine outside

This is our third, and definitely not last visit!A perfect accommodation for families - beautiful and modern room, with great amenities, FANTASTIC location, yet quiet, and outstanding service. I want to highlight Cristina, who made us feel welcome and comfortable after a sleepless night flight with 2 children - she really went above and beyond, and we couldn't appreciate it more!
