    • location was spectacular! 5 minute walk to Champs Elysee’. the room was very clean. the bed was very comfortable. the staff especially Flo was great! the patio in the lobby area was beautiful!
    • Great location and decent rooms. Price a bit high for what it offers but still acceptable for Paris.
    • I loved the service at the front desk, they were extremely accommodating! Amazing location! The staff brought a travel cot for your our baby to the room.

    Cons -

    • very very tiny for the price. we had to lay our luggage on the bed (yuk) on a towel to organize our things. the thermostat had a master control and i like my room at a steady 67 degrees and they had it set for the winter so the room was very hot, thank goodness i reserved a room with a balcony so we slept with it wide open, it was loud so i wore earplugs. also, for the price of the room, they should have a mini fridge
    • It was noisy at night on the street. The rooms were hot and the AC was not functional and instead they started the heating system too early in September.
    • Just wish the larger rooms were available, the standard rooms are pretty small.

The staff were wonderful all of them, Yasmine, Hajar and Idriss. They made our experience memorable

It was too overpriced given the quality of the facility

Friendly staff, nice decor, comfortable bed, good location.

Great location. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Lots of coffee capsules for the Nespresso machine.Lovely staff. Surprisingly quiet street given the central location.

I had booked a superior room, but no robe/slippers (as advertised), no sink soap either. My room was on the first floor, so was still close to the noise of the reception area. The room itself was fine but small , even for one person. It shows signs of needing a good clean in the bathroom (the shower tray and tiles in particular) and some parts of the room looked tired. The air-conditioning didn't cool the room and the desk lamp didn't work. All in all, fine for one night, but it felt like care had not been taken to prepare the room for guests - not 4-star at all!

Very friendly staff.Hotel room is small but nice.Nice toiletriesI even had a small terrace which was great on a sunny dayGreat location in safe area with plenty of restaurants

Bathroom door didn’t stay closed well.It wasn’t super clean but acceptable.

Location was amazing and the hotel room’s balcony was so lovely.

Something was so weird for me as it was the 1st time ever in my life the reception guy asked me to take a copy from the credit card as a grantee, after I had been already paid the whole amount for my stay, so a grantee for what exactly?!!! He told me this the hotel policy, and that’s really was a shock to me.

It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Also very central to all areas that we wanted to visit.

There was nothing really except perhaps a selection of draught beer in the bar

    10LucyPosted on: 12-28-2024

The staff were the most welcoming people and the whole experience felt 5* from the free welcome drink at the bar to the friendly staff who offered helpful advice

    10GeorgiaPosted on: 11-23-2024

The staff were so welcoming and friendly, sharing maps and offering their own personal favourites of the local Parisian area for us to explore. Genuinely could not fault a single thing and we had such a pleasant stay- will definitely stay again next time we are in Paris. We even had a balcony with table and chairs which was lovely as Paris was very warm for October.

Well run , excellent staff , central location

    9JulietaPosted on: 11-19-2024

The staff upgraded us to a bigger room without even asking. They were very nice and helpful.

The shower was uncomfortable in the sense that it didn’t have a shower tray so the water kind of went everywhere. The shower handles were a bit hard to turn, otherwise everything was ok.
