Quede encantada de la atención y muy limpio , acondicionado completo para disfrutar la estadía sin novedades, el internét muy rápido, estación del tren cerca a 5 minutos quedé enamorada y con ganas de regresar. Lo recomiendo, estén ayi hace 2 semanas

Excellent value, friendly staff, comfortable, clean, good amenities (coffee in the lobby, breakfast and in-room food available, free WiFi).

Rooms can feel a little spartan, and the carpeting should be changed to look more engaging (plain brown is a little depressing!). There should be power outlets in the "kitchen" area for the appliances.

I liked the hotel, I think it is well-designed and maintained. Everything was convenient, clean and comfortable. Breakfast helps a lot to start the day. Good value for money. Transportation around is very easy.

Great location easy access to the main sights with metro close by.

Rude staff, lack knowledge. We were a group of 30, none of them were asked for a deposit. And I was asked to make a security deposit of 100 euros. When asked why me, I was told everyone needs to pay this, and the staff might have forgotten. While checking out they were refused to pay back the deposit stating the guy who is responsible for paying that needs to come for me to collect it. This is the worst explanation. Accor group needs to check on this malpractice

Hosts were super accomodating, fixing a 3rd party booking error without extra charge. With someone at reception and double locked doors our stay felt safe and comfortable, our window overlooking a public garden in the back.

Unfortunately the building is situated halfway between two metro stations on the same line - which means about a 10 minute walk through the streets wheeling suitcases getting to and from here if you use the metro.

Sufficient room space for two people. There are just enough kitchen wares, i.e., two spoons, two forks, and two knives, but no scissors. The staff is very helpful and easy to reach almost 24/7. I opted for breakfast, which was fresh and satisfactory. Even though I am a vegetarian, there were options for breakfast.

Free regular room cleaning and towel changing services are only available if you book for more than eight days. If you are staying for a short period, you must keep your room clean yourself.

The location was very convenient for exploring Paris and Charenton. The price was fair, especially considering it was high season. The hotel worked well as a base for a few days. Overall, it was a comfortable and okay stay.

The room felt a bit outdated in its design. Breakfast didn’t offer much variety. The listing showed a Nespresso machine, but in reality there was only an old filter coffee machine. It’s not a huge issue, but it’s one of those small details that sticks with you and can be a bit annoying.

The apartment and rooms were okay and clean. Staff were helpful and polite, and the security at the hotel was excellent.

Everything was fine, but there should be an improvement in communication between the visitor and the hotel before arriving. Ensure multiple family apartment bookings are put on the same floor.

The room size

So the next day I ask for room service to clean the room and they refused. They say they do not clean the room every day during your stay. I said okay but at least send someone to do the toilet please, they refused and said it was hotel policy, which is not stated on booking so I believe such information must be highlighted in the description. Also I asked to at least send some cleaning stuff so I do it myself, they ignored me!Second thing the hotel is on a busy very loud street, there is double windows which blocks the noise but it's impossible to be able to open the windows and change the air in the room or have some wind, it gets crazy loud and you will have to keep it closed. Endlessly room was so hot, there is no AC but this is already stated, I just didn't expect it i won't be able to open the windows.

Location is far for tourists.

As on previous visits to this hotel, we found the staff very friendly and efficient. Our room was comfortable and clean, not big but big enough for our purposes. The view was onto the "périphérique" ring road and the Eastern skyline of Paris, but we expected this and were not there for the sake of the view. The triple-glazed windows provide excellent sound insulation.The area is right on the Paris city boundary, with 2 metro stations within 5-10 minutes' walk. Metro line M8 takes you into Central Paris in 20 minutes and runs very frequently from very early to very late. there are also various bus lines. Also within 5 minutes' walk there are entrances to the Bois de Vincennes, a vast wooded parkland, ideal for walking, jogging and cycling, and offering various attractions like its zoo. There are plenty of shops, bars, cafés,a theatre, and a few restaurants all within walking distance. Charenton centre, 10-15 minutes' walk away, has pretty, well-kept streets and a big market.

Some furniture , especially in the bathroom, is made of lower-grade materials like chip-board. it is very "worn" and in need of upgrading.

The studio was fairly comfortable and a good size. It was useful to have a fridge and hob for cooling.

The staff’s attitude. We felt an inconvenience for asking for any help or advice. They seemed very reluctant to engage in any sort of conversation. While we recognise French isn’t our first language, we did try everything we could to communicate in French, this wasn’t appreciated and we were left to flounder in an area that was miles from the centre. Despite being led to believe this was a convenient location. It was 50 minutes on the metro to Montemarte, 40 minutes to Notre Dame, so we didn’t find this convenient. Although it is close to metro stops.

The location was great, between 2 Metro stops. The bed was very comfortable, nice and firm with extra pillows available. The little kitchenette had everything we needed and bathroom was supplied with essentials. Reception was 24h, helpful and friendly. We didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on that. Despite overlooking the Boulevard Périphérique, the windows were very effective at blocking the traffic noise so it wasn't a problem.

The room could do with a coat of paint, and overlooking the Boulevard Périphérique wasn't great, but we did have a great view of Paris beyond that.

Nothing to complain

Facility are old and dirty.

No heating but air conditioner were noisy . I got wrong room in the midnight and were promised to change morning and got discount . But nothing happened.
