The bedding and showers were clean

There were many problems with our experience- so many that we ended up leaving the hotel 4 days earlier than expected. The shower head fell off the wall, the ceiling lights were dangling out of the roof, the walls were crusted with grime and dirt.?

The staff were wonderful! It was like coming home!

It was very clean, the overall hygiene was perfect. The staff is really pleasant, and most off all i liked the detail - having free coffee anytime.

The location was amazing, close to the metro lines and the neighborhood was awesome. The staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable.

The room was smaller than our expectations but it was ok.

Visit was great, staff was warm and welcoming. The room was perfect for a person, great for a couple also, definitely will bring my partner next time. Not a romantic location, but I need to specify that I have not asked anything special for my visit. Very clean, and they even made the bed and brought new towels even though not all had been used.

A bit noisy over night, o guess it is everywhere the same when you have the property fully booked.

We were very satisfied with all the services. The staff was extremely kind, and we would definitely recommend this accommodation. We didn’t reserve the option with breakfast, but they still provided us with water bottles throughout the day and coffee in the morning, which was very thoughtful.

Personable, helpful staff. Extremely quiet and comfortable room with windows that opened. I greatly appreciated.the coffee maker in the room and complimentary tea/coffee in the lobby. The lift is small but sowa what it's supposed to. Generous checkout time. And in a fabulous neighborhood with cafes, restaurants,food shops, metros. Great find!

This hotel is located in a quite area off the main thoughtfares of Paris. Good public transport links with two metro lines close by. The hotel breakfast is good quality & good value at €12 by Paris standards.

Nothing to dislike

The staff was attentive to our needs and the provisions such as coffee, water and breakfast were great. The room had a fan which was wonderful to circulate air to not feel stagnant. The bathroom was nice and clean. The shower was excellent. Plenty of nice towels which is rare in Europe. Comfortable beds.

Parking was atrocious. We paid hundreds of Euros rent a car, then paid $$$ to park and then used Ubers because we felt we couldn’t park again if we left in our vehicle. No nearby parking. All lots were full or gates down. Our room was on the first floor near the courtyard and employees used this space to smoke and we had our window open with the fan to bring in cool outside air but when someone was smoking, we couldn’t tolerate the smell or smoke.

Staff was great , very friendly and helpful . Good location to walk to metro and main attractions. Room was very comfortable.

Great location, room value for money we stayed 3 people on a business trip and it was comfortable enough. Paid a very good price for the room. The cleaning ladies did an excellent job every single day and as we returned to the room at night it was always clean and comfortable. Heat works wonders during these very cold days in Paris. Reception was friendly and pleasant offering warm drinks for our stay. Thank you very much for your hospitality - Papageorgiou Ioanna

The location is nice, but that's it.

The room was run down and dirty. So many things needed to be replaced or fixed. In addition to that, every day a housekeeper would come into my room and move my pillow. I found it to be very weird - they never replaced my towels, changed the sheets, or took out the garbage out but every day they would come in and move my pillow so it wouldn't be stacked as one on top of the other. They would do this every single day and I never put the sign up once for them to make up my room which made me feel uncomfortable and I would have to check my luggage each day to ensure nothing was missing. Front desk did not do anything about this as well.

Everyone was very kind and helpful. They lent us an umbrella on a rainy day, gave us water to take to our room several times, and changed our towels every day while they cleaned the room. Everyone was helpful and kind.

I didn't like that it was definitely a very old place, even the bathroom fixtures weren't in great condition. Very small for two people. It didn't look as good in real life as it did in the photos. But everything was clean.

Smell smoke in the lobby and the lift is too small

Room was compact but was perfect for our long weekend in Paris
