nothing, it's a dump

there is construction happening right across the street, did not get any sleep at all. And checkout time is 12 noon but the cleaning staff came pounding on my door hours earlier telling me it was time to go. One of the worst places I have ever stayed.

Clean nice rooms. Amazing location close to restaurants, cafes and a 5 min walk to Eiffel Tower.

Great location and clean. Extremely tiny bathrooms, no hot water for 2 consecutive days! Lift was not working and had to climb up the narrowest spiral staircase for the entire stay.

Everything was properly clean, along with excelent location and really nice staff. The beds were very confortable as well.

Those are not issues for me, but I'll mention them because they might be seen as negative by some people: the acoustic isolation of the bathroom was pretty bad, which meant that some sound can be heard by someone on the parallel rooms and vice-versa; the breakfast could be a bit better, both in variety and quality.Again, personally those were not an issue for me and didn't changed the excellent experience that I had.

We walked half a block to a wonderful bakery each morning so we did not experience the hotel breakfast, but it smelled good.Loved the location close to many sights we wanted to see as well as bus/train access.There was a laundromat across the street - bonus.

Beds are comfy it was ok value for money

Rooms are very small, the lift only fits two people, bathrooms are really outdated

Very small hotel

We stayed here because we could not access our booked accommodation in the same street ( no 11) The gentleman working the night reception was fantastically helpful and made us a reservation at very short notice here. The next morning the young lady at reception booked us another hotel because there weren’t any rooms for 26 Nov available.Thanks to both of them .. they literally saved our Paris trip.

Location

Very noisy. I could ear next door room noises and coughing during all night, no way to sleep

Loved the fact it was quiet and peaceful very comfortable bed amazing shower great customer service

Not much verity at breakfast

Location was great, Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe was just a few minutes away by foot. Staff was very helpful and friendly, especially the male staff on the overnight shift.

The rooms was quite small. I am not sure though if this is the standard for all hotels in that area.

Location was great, in the centre of a safe area with local shops, bars and restaurants. Easy to walk everywhere and travel elsewhere. The staff were so lovely and kind, gave us fantastic food recommendations and always friendly.

Struggled to get hot water in the morning

Location is very good, walkable from Eiffel Tower. And accessible to other part of city.

It was a very small hotel, room and its facilities. Room are too small, very tight communal area and a very small breakfast area in basement. The breakfast was also at minimum level, which you could have it in cafe in city with mower cost. It is more room in apartment for rent to hotel.

Fantastic location just four minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower and close walk of less than five minutes to Metro stations.

The room was incredibly small and a little tricky to keep our luggage is and move around comfortably, however the room itself was nice.

Location was perfect! Room was lovely and decent size given it was in centre of paris and only 10 mins to Eiffel Tower.

We could hear someone's phone alarm every morning so walls a little thin but it's to be expected.

Was very close to main sight seeing places and was presented well

Very small the lift just about fit me and my partner in it. Advertised as a view of the Eiffel tower from the room. We had a brick wall with barely any sunlight
