Extremely disappointed. We requested a twin room but were given a single bed on the first day. The room they moved us to for the next two nights was freezing cold due to a lack of heating in the structure below. I ended up getting sick because of the low temperature. Poor management and uncomfortable conditions. Avoid if you value your health and comfort.

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel met our expectations and everything went smoothly throughout the visit. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was helpful when needed. The location was convenient for getting around the city. Overall, a positive experience and a place we would recommend for a stay in Paris.

The room was clean, comfy, functional, and quiet. The staff we helpful and friendly. The hotel is well-situated right near a metro stop, near Gare de Lyon, and lots of places to eat.

Everything was excellent about this Hotel. The rooms were little small, but very nice. The rooms were cleaned every day, neat and clean. The staff are very very cooperative and excellent behaviour.

The triple room was spacious and clean. Only 2 minutes walk to nearest metro station. The room was warm and quiet.

The bathroom is small and kettle did not work. The kettle warmed a little bit and then stopped heating up further. I asked to replace the kettle at the reception but did not happen.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made it a great value for a budget hotel. The location is excellent; very close to the metro, making it easy to get around the city. The neighborhood felt safe, which is important when traveling with family, and there are supermarkets and shops nearby for added convenience. Overall, it’s a practical and affordable choice for families looking for a simple yet comfortable place to stay.

Housekeeping was below expectations. From the second day, the amenities like coffee, cups, and milk were no longer replenished, which was a little inconvenient.

It’s cleanliness and the location

The staff, the amount of space in the room, the little patio, and the daily breakfast and snack offering were all wonderful! Oh, and this location is very convenient to the metro and bus line, as well as to the monoprix and a few restaurants.

There was a slight sewer smell in the bathroom at night and the shower needs an additional curtain or door to keep the floor from getting wet. Unfortunately, the mini fridge in our room and outside patio light weren't working, either.

The location was fantastic. It is extremely convenient—just a few minutes from the Bibliothèque François Mitterrand metro station, where both the metro and RER (train) lines intersect, and there are also nearby bus stops. In addition, there are excellent bakeries, a self-service Monoprix, restaurants, and pizzerias close by… truly a fantastic location. The room was very comfortable, clean and wide. The staff was very, very kind and helpful. There is always coffee and tea, some sweets, and kindness! For recommendation in every sense!

The hotel is located very close to Metro station so it was very easy to go to anywhere. The room was very spacious and clean. We stayed five nights and enjoyed very much.

For some reason, the room key did not work at the end of the day so we had to ask to activate but it was not so much inconvenient since we had multiple keys and asked the front to activate.

Good option if you need a quick access both to City Center and Orly Airport with easy access to Metro 14 just a few min away. Room was big enough. Free coffee, tea and fresh water were available 24h at reception which was nice.

Despite the big size of the room the arrangement was not really comfortable - desk with a chair in front of the bathroom door in a narrow corridor makes it tough to move. Not enough hangers in the corridor and the bathroom.There wasn't a variety of pillows, I asked for one more thin one like another one we had in our room and was told there is no option to be provided with such. Breakfast was a mess every morning. Not enough space and limited variety, everyday the same, dirty tables. Lack of personnel there was obvious. Also as we visited for New Year's eve it could've been great and thoughtful to extend the morning hours at least for Jan 1st. Reception staff can use their smiles more often.

Near metro station (5mins walk), free coffee & water machine at ground floor, comfortable seats at lounge/waiting area, surprised chocolate box for Christmas

Shower pressure was low and water get stucked (can't flow down, disgusting!), really small toilet, hotel room floor wasn't vacuum for 7 nights stay (hair was everywhere) and forgot to make up room on one ocassion, socket holders or even lights came off easily, tv installed really near the bed area and kept on bumping into it!

The room was warm, private, quiet, which we appreciated very much.

We asked for extra pillows, but there were none to be had. The tissue box was not replace when it ran out. We had just enough toilet paper for our last day.

Our room (for 3 people) had a decent size, the bathroom was with a shower, all basic, but ok. We loved the fact that the hotel had coffee, water and tea for free for all guests. The hotel is also located close to the subway, buses, which makes it comfortable and easy to go to town. The neighborhood is pretty quiet.

Nothing to complain about.

Property was very close to the metro so it was easy to get around. So I would say the location is the best attribute of the hotel.

Breakfast was very very limited. We stayed for 5 days and not once did the food change. On the first two nights, they ran out of food. They lacked plates and cutlery. They weren’t ready for the holiday rush. There were many people at the hotel so they should have anticipated it. There was also an instance where we asked for extra pillows but the morning staff member asked why we needed extra pillows if we already have in the room. I couldn’t really understand why they questioned me for asking extra pillows. It was quite strange and a little bit rude. Usually in other hotels, this request is normal. They still gave me the extra pillow because I insisted I wanted another one.
