Great location and the staff was very nice

The locationis fantastic. It's within walking distance of everything. The front desk staff is very friendly.

The hotel and especially the hotel rooms were old, dirty, and rundown. The beds were very uncomfortable, there's no A/C. The house keeper stole two of our debit cards. Please make sure not to leave any valuables in the room.

Good Location! We loved our balcony. Bathroom was small, BUT the shower was spacious and had rainshower head and was clean. Everything was within walking distance including the Louvre, Notre Dame, eateries, night clubs and pharmacies. Free WiFi was great!

Even though we put our do not disturb sign out, our room was still cleaned each day. We didn't know we would have to pay taxes for each day we stayed and pay for our breakfast each day, which totaled to over 45 Euros. The room was very loud.

Can't beat the location next to ample dining, bars, nightlife, Notre Dame, metro and centralized. Staff was friendly. Hard to find a room that sleeps 3. 24hr front desk

Internet routinely logged off by itself and difficult to get log in webpage to pop up again. Need better/larger cups, no in-room coffee/tea, a fridge and microwave should be included for the price. Slow elevator. Key card didn't always work.

The staff, especially at the front desk were very helpful, kind and easy to interact with. The location was perfect. Easy access to a great deal of well known and desired attractions as well as communities, all on foot. Beautiful architecture throughout the immediate area, and some very comfortable cafe's and restaurants. For those attributes, I enjoyed my stay. The room however, was startlingly small, and cold. The heat register was not functional, and the towel rack kept falling off of the wall. Storage for clothing was very limited.

Most of my comments are above. Room size, none functional heat source, broken bathroom accessories and noise level. The windows are not efficient in heat retention.

Location

Room was small which is no surprise for central Paris. The check in clerk said that breakfast began at 7 but neglected to tell us that it was 13 euros each. Not worth it

The hotel staff was as friendly and attentive. Very helpful in answering my questions.

I had a uniquely unfortunate experience due to two mixups. I reached out to ask for a handicap accessible room as my father needs a wheelchair to move around. Whoever reached out on my behalf from booking.com told me to book the double room that I saw and that the hotel would ensure that I get an accessible room. Once they the booking was made, they said there was nothing they could do as the accessible room was already booked. They would not provide a refund full or partial as they claimed that it wasn't their fault.

Amazing location, super fun 4th arr. Breakfast locations across the street. Walking distance to a lot of lesser known attractions like Victor Hugo's apartment museum.

The bathroom is ridiculously tiny (but not unexpected because this is Paris)

Noisy, not the properties fault but massive construction outside meant loud noises and crashes at 4:30 am

Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic for accessing sites around Paris and the immediate surrounding neighborhood is full of cafes and great restaurants.

Property is located next to a very busy street and is very loud. Additionally we were getting noise from the neighboring rooms simply opening and closing their doors. The beds were very uncomfortable and the room was exceptionally small. Overall bad value for price.

The property fair stay to visit Paris, on the center of the city , can walk to Notre Dame, Louvre Museum , parks

Very noisy at night, near by a gay bar all night parties, near by restaurants not the cleanest establishments with unhealthy foods

We loved the location and vibe of the hotel! It was perfect to walk to the beach and so many restaurants and shops.

Location as excellent. Close to many restaurants, cafe, and shopping. 4 min walk to Metro. Noisy at night due to it being across from a bar/club. There was an elevator. Front desk was helpful.

The bathroom in room 208 as EXTREMELY small. I'm a thin 5'4" woman and can barely move in the awkward triangle shower. There was no AC or so you have to keep the windows open for ventilation but since there is a noisy bar across from the room it was not ideal.
