close to the metro, close to the train station, restaurants all around, I would recommend it

I think the sink in the bathroom was a little high, I'm 5.3

Staff were most accommodating and recommendations all were above expectations. Breakfasts were outstanding with large selection of fresh food & breads.

Not worth mentioning, but trying to think of something to not like . . . Refrigerator in room was a little small for my outside bottle purchases. A very small thing that I easily learned to work around.

Conveniently located to access Metro, taxis, walking, scooters, etc. The staff were exceedingly nice and helpful.

A few things needed additional attention. The handle on the inside door of the bathroom was very loose and nearly fell off. The sprayer for the shower needs to be tightened. More than once it fell off due to the water pressure.

Staff was great and very helpful. Location close to metro stations and quiet. Convenient breakfast and open later than most hotel breakfasts

The staff was amazing! Hands down the best! They are so caring. Our friends were staying in a different hotel and one of them twisted their ankle, they couldn't find ice anywhere but they came to our hotel and the lady at the desk gave them an ice pack.

The staff was so friendly and helpful, and it room was spacious and even air conditioned!

It's about a 10ish minute walk from any metro stop, so a teensy bit less convenient than we'd like, but there were 3 metro stops to choose from so that was good.

While rooms are regularly cleaned, there was a spot of food on my floor from the previous guest(s) that wasn't cleaned during my multiple days in the hotel. Additionally, there was a small hole in my bathroom tub molding

Very good location for Accorhotels Arena. Velib bike station around the corner. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. In a quiet side street. Metro station around the corner as well.

The rooms were spacious (for Europe), and the included breakfast was delicious. The location is walkable to a major metro stop, and there are lots of restaurants nearby.

Great location near Gare du Lyon so easy walk from train. Great restaurants nearby. The staff was amazing, eager to help with questions aplenty and great accommodating attitudes! Highly recommend.

The breakfast was very nice. The location was not bad.They did have robes!

The rooms were very small.The shower was not very good or the position of the toilet, just no room to place toilettées.

The breakfast was delicious. the hotel provided so many options of food. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The hotel is a metro ride away from any attraction or sightseeing you want to do. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location. Near so many shops and restaurants. Easy to get to the center of Paris. Quiet location. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

The hotel needs upgrades like USB ports so you don’t need to worry about adaptors. Also while the breakfast is nice it would be better to have hot vegan friendly options like potatoes.
