Staff very helpful, metro station close, convince stores close, restaurant and fast foods close.

Had some small bugs, interior wall needed paint

When we checked out! The staff was not caring of what happened to us while in their hotel, they only offered us another room that had more mold. It was a horrible experience. Me and my wife both were happy when we left the smell, the bugs, and dirty air.

From the beginning it smelled of mildew in the lobby and there was mold in the room. My wife and I were eaten by bugs on the second night we left at 4am to find another hotel and checked out 7am that morning. Thankful to the hotel across the street.

There were several things that did not went well, but for the price I payed I think it was worth it.

Nothing,apart from near Metro station.

No breakfast, druggy area, very old building, very small lift(For single person only), smelly rooms.Not expected as per pictures and information.Police and Ambulances noises every time,not quite 24 hours

Very disappointing experience with the front desk. One of the reception staff members, who appeared to be Indian, was unprofessional and lacked basic customer service etiquette while dealing with clients. Proper communication and respectful behavior are essential in such roles, and unfortunately, this was not reflected during my visit. I hope the management addresses this issue to improve the overall customer experience.

Only the receptionist

From the entrance, I was already put off. The reception looked like an abandoned storehouse. The stairs were covered with a polythene sheet. Nothing to be desired. Unfortunately, the payment was non-refundable. We left immediately, forfeiting our money.

The position and kindness

The room was not clean, they only cleaned the bathroom (partially) and provided the clean sheets. The floor was evidently not been cleaned for ages

The staff attitudeThe shower curtains don’t protect anything, all the water goes out if you don’t take a very carefully shower. We asked for a mop to dry the floor which was flooded because of the curtains and they just brought a towel and we had to dry all the floor with it.

It was ok. Not good. Lift is very small and the hotel is not that clean even bed makes lot of noise. But for 1 day it was ok.

The location closes to the Metro 9, Bus 57. They are really in the walk distance. The nearby food stores are good.

Nothing like

Everything was so bad , So bad area, looking like geto, not expect that dirty, they never clean, smells like terable, like first time visit Paris i really dont expect that i will booking the worst hotel, they didn't deserve to be at booking

Should start by saying we are used to booking budget hotels and never had such a bad experience before this. We had to leave the property early and still waiting any response from the hotel or booking. Com regarding a refund. The room was not clean and the smell from the toilet was unbearable.We explained our two daughters have additional needs and could not cope and did not use the bathroom and no solutions were offered by the hotel.

As above really poor service or support. Room was really unclean and smell was disgusting.Not as advertised at all nothing in the room other than a fan - no kettle, hair dryer.It is a shame the smell can't be evidenced as that is why we had to leave.

Location was great for us and staff friendly.

Property is tired with worn carpets, barely working and draining showers and quite noisy at night.

Only thing good was the view out of the balcony.

When we arrived there was no car parking anywhere near. It is in a busy area and everything is crowded. The room itself was dirty , full of dust and awful smell. Room service only change the towels and not cleaning ever done. The shower stinks as there is no ventilation. There was a tv with a broken tv remote and a piece of it fell off. Elevator to get to our room was so small that only 2 people could go there , one time it was stuck and we was trapped until it got restarted. Hotel it self is very dirty. I would not recommend it.
