The locations is perfect, near the Eiffel Tower, just 10 minutes away and just walking distance from other sights. The room was clean and not so large. For us it was perfect as we were out all the time. The staff was caring and helpful. There were restaurants, a shopping mall near the hotel and just 2 minutes away from the Passy metro station.

Just take into consideration that there is no elevator, in case you have suitcases you should reach your room by stairs.

The location was great. It's in a wonderful, super safe area and is just off of a popular shopping street. The hotel is totally quiet because it is tucked in facing a vine covered wall with a pleasant, very narrow garden. The front desk is available 24 hours, so helpful because my son lost his key and needed a new one late at night. The breakfast exceeded my expectations in its assortment. Every staff member we met, from the front desk to housekeeping and breakfast service were all polite and very helpful. We had enough space in our room: 511, and it had a high ceiling. We'd be happy to come back.

One of our two rooms, 520, smelled a little musty to me, but no one else in my group was bothered. No elevator, stairs are spiral, so you have to be careful on them.

Loved the location!!! Sweet place tucked away and the atmosphere was quaint and calm.

    The place wasn't super clean.

    dont book in this property

Very small room, no staff to assist with luggage, few staff not friendly, no complimentary water

    8GemmaPosted on: 8-28-2025

Rooms were nicely decorated and set out. Most staff were friendly. Great location 20 mins from the tower but could see it from a local park 10 mins away. Great place to stay because you can see the tower at night lit up and then get back to your digs easily.

Bathroom door broken, main bedroom light didnt work properly and squeaky beds.. Cleaner of the room next door was very noisy at 8am- door open n music on n banging doors about, not very considerate.

The location was great, well connected. It was good value.

The internet is not great, it was not easy to connect, and when connected it was quite slow.

The location couldn't have been better, a really affordable car park only 4 minutes away and walking distance to some of the main attractions.

    8SarahPosted on: 8-12-2025

The value was a high attribute. The entrance was very well maintained and inviting for a relaxing coffee or desert.

It was very affordable and located in an accessible part of the western district.

It was a wonderful short trip to Paris. My first time in the 16th arrondissement. A limited budget brought me to this hotel and it lived up to all my expectations. Modest, but with a Parisian flair. The room has everything you need, and the small garden has tables for evening gatherings. Great breakfasts and very friendly staff. The bathroom has a window ?

The location was exceptional! really close from the Eiffel tower and the metro station. The room was small but very comfortable with a good shower and bed. that was perfect for our trip. I would definetely recommend and go back there

I could hear the other guests moving around. the room is quite small. Besides that all good

    4FernandoPosted on: 7-27-2025

Well, I think only the location was good. The hotel is hard to find because someone is repairing the entry.

The room is small as expected and it was on the 1st floor where exterior stairs are difficult to use.

The location is unbelievable. Can’t be more convenient if want to stay in the 16 arr. A very clean property with a unique character and potential. A wonderful breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff

The price was not worth it , honestly . I tried to book a room that would accommodate 3 people and thought that it would be a better deal instead of getting 2 smaller rooms . Misjudged - the room was expensive ( $300/night) , very simple , not a trace of any design , which so far did not happen to me in Paris . Located on a 3 rd floor, with a narrow spiral staircase up to the 2nd floor and then even a narrower staircase up to the room . We were the 3 people in good shape with some relatively compact luggage , and found this to be a funny inconvenience. But please be aware .

Outstanding location. Close to Eiffel Tower and multiple metro stops. We've stayed here a couple times and love the neighborhood. Despite it's location, seems minimally touristy and most shops and restaurants prefer to speak to me with my mediocre French rather than in English, which I quite enjoy. The nearby pedestrian shopping streets gave my family an authentic Parisien feeling with the boulangerie, patisserie, produce shops, cafes, etc. The breakfast is a great value if you want to eat at the hotel. The courtyard area is splendid.

Rooms are small but adequate. I think this is typical. We don't spend much time in the room other than sleeping so it's fine for us.

Close to the main attractions, tasty breakfast

Not all staff speaks, English. When checking in they charged a higher amount than Booking charged, but then they figured everything out and fixed it

"The location was awesome — just about a 15-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, and really close to shopping centers, a fruit shop, a pastry shop, and the metro and bus

"The room smelled a bit damp, and the bathroom didn’t have any ventilation. "Also, the bathroom was really small — it was pretty hard for a mom to help her child taking a bath." leaving the window open got rid of the damp smell pretty quickly. There were about 20 steps up to the second floor, and around 10 steps down from the ground floor to the basement where breakfast was served. Honestly, all of this was manageable since it was just a short stay

Amazing hotel for affordable price. Everyday cleaning , nice room and 10-min walk location from metro station and Eiffel tower.
