The location and having a private bathroom.

The shower was small, didn¿t have a curtain, and water got everywhere. There was no way to mitigate the water flooding the bathroom. I was luckily staying by myself and able to use the extra towels to mop up the water.

Amazing hotel, amazing safe location, super helpful staff, brand new bathroom, but old drab room. Needs updated or painted. Sound to hallway is loud, Bring earplugs if you want to sleep in! I brought earplugs so I had perfect experience! Hotel is amazing!

It's hard to say. The room we got was AWFUL, VERY small, NO windows. no air conditioner, TV never worked and we had no WI-FI service in our room, we had to go to the lobby.

- Sparking clean room and bathroom- Polite and pleasant staff- Laid-back atmosphere amongst other guests- Prime location for foodies

Location was excellent for exploring Montmartre, the “seedy” but fun Clichy area. A bonus was that it was just a minute from Rue des Martyrs, a street that made the stay very enjoyable. This street was a joy to experience and I was fortunate to also experience the Saturday Market - great atmosphere.

No real complaints. It was a clean and basic hotel, the “staff” was just the young lady on the reception desk and she was very pleasant and helpful.

The only two good things are the location near the station and two very famous streets, and the staff who are really friendly and cooperative

This hotel definitely not worth two stars its more of a motel to me because of these things1- the heater wasn’t working in a -4 degree temperature 2-the elevator doesn’t reach the fifth floor, carrying the bags was a dilemma 3-the room was cleaned only once in our 5 nights stay 4- the room lacks many necessities 5-the room service opened the room without knocking 6-the reception doesn’t answer phone at all

Very nice location, and well connected with the city. There is a metro access just at the 5 mins walk.

The room shown on the photo was not given to us, however, the staff was willing to change but for the next day as there were no available options at that moment.

The location of the hotel was super convenient. It was easy to walk around, and there are numerous places to eat and enjoy the vibe of the area. The staff were helpful, and the room was made up everyday with clean towels.

The wifi was worse than not having any at all. The way it would cut out, it meant that we weren't able to work into the evening to account for different timezones. The shower was lacking pressure, and needed a really good scrub.

I like the location easy to go almost everywhere in Paris. Easy check in and check out. The room had Functional AC.

I could hear the people from next room. Al night I heard a sound. Not traffic or people some equipment or the AC was quite frustrating. The bed ok not the best.

I loved everything about this hotel. The location is perfect, close to the main attractions but in a quiet area. My room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

We had to leave our card with reception when leaving the hotel during our stay. No big problem.

Walls like paper so so much noise. Could hear the conversations in the next room. The cleaner just walks in the room every morning to clean or knocks at 8am. There’s do not clean signs to hang on the door.

It was clean and functional.

A lighter duvet would have been nice or a blanket. The duvet was heavy.

The location is good, the staff is very nice and friendly, beds are comfortable. Good value for money.

I like when all the towels are 100% looking clean, without any hair left on it. Some towels didn’t feel like that. And the door of toilet wasn’t working correctly, it was not possible to lock the door (slide) each time.

Friendly and helpful staff! The location is great. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back on my next visit

The staff were very kind and helpful and the room was clean and cozy. Good value for money as well!
