Location and room

Elegance of the rooms and location.

The staff is really great, they are friendly and eager to help. The location is excellent, convenient by metro or foot to anywhere we wanted to go. The room size is fine, and everything was comfortable. The rooms were also quiet, with very little street noise. Breakfast was good, with plenty of options and good quality.

Some variation in the daily breakfast options would have been nice, but that probably mattered more to us since we stayed for a week.

It was the worst hotel. I stay in it.

They keep me in a small room, even I cannot move, and there is no window. There is a small window face the inside pumping room.

Everything about this hotel is great. The beds are very comfortable and our room had doors to a patio which helped if the room got hot. The size of our room was great especially for European standards. The decor, hotel breakfast and Nespresso machine in the room was great. Location was perfect! It's walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, Seine, and many metros. We dined at the two Brasseries neighboring the hotel and they are an excellent choice for meal. The hotel arranged a early morning taxi for us to head to the airport. Highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel, modern rooms with attentive staff. The location was steps from the Arc de Triomphe. Loved loved loved the incredible breakfast everyday that was included.

Nothing - would stay again in an instant.

Very nice, clean, and excellent breakfast! The hotel is locate din a very safe area near Arc de Triomphe. Ali from the reception is very helpful. 100% recommended.

The staff is very nice and friendly. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable.

They were doing some renovations and it was quite noisy. Also, the elevator takes forever to show up.
