The breakfast was not what we paid for is a waste of 11 euros

No toilet brush. The cleaner is suffering with cleaning peoples poo. You can do better by adding a toilet brush, so people can clean the. Selves after poo.

The location was perfect for commute, exploring, and a lot of great restaurants were close by

Loved this hotel, the staff are welcoming and helpful. Rooms are immaculately clean and bright, beds very comfortable, great view from window. Really great shower. Close to metro, buses, restaurants and all major sights. Would definitely stay here next visit to Paris..

The only thing more outdated in this hotel is the managers views on customer service. Tiny room, general sense that nothing is clean, blocked shower and incredibly expensive in category. When I complained to reception they simply gave me an email to send my comments to, no response as expected, and then when followed up was simply told no.

That it didn’t have anywhere to store luggage just left on view in reception until we returned back when are room would be ready, didn’t have tea and coffee in the room couldn’t take food in, noisy ,reception door didn’t lock behind us and a man was trying to come in after us but another man on the street stopped him the reception should of locked the door seeing this , I booked 2 single beds it was €10 more than the double and we got a double bed and was still charge the €10 , £100 deposit I was told would be return yesterday still not got it or still not received the payment taken so charge twice , that shouldn’t be taken unless I don’t turn up

Too expensive for such a tiny, darkish and oldish room, the bathroom also was very very very small and the shower did not work well.

Pictures showing rooms and reception are lying. Everything was tiny... Elevator, room, bed, bathroom, stairs. No place to sit down for two persons in room. No space to open our suitcases. Water all over bathroom when showering. Fire alarm (false) in the morning. Towels taken away, only replaced one (Fixed after noticing reception).

The Location of this hotel is good and quiet. Bed was comfortable.

It was mid summer, the air-conditioning was broken and the elevator was so small that only 1 person and 1 suitcase fits at a time.

The service at this hotel was very bad.The hotel room heater fan wasn't working and they took the guarantee money from me. When I was checking out, they didn't want to give it to me. I got the money back from them with great difficulty.

The attitude of the staffs. We had to wait for awhile to get into our rooms, even though we arrived one hr after the check in time. Then, we got locked out at night since the key was left behind at the reception for safety. They replying in a non sympathetic way that they were fixing the shower. No apologies. The last thing is, we found a bug in the bed and told them about it. They said they would check and change the sheets. However we never got an apology or follow up about it. And they didn't change the sheets either, to our notice .......We would have expected that they say they didn't find it again but that they are sorry perhaps

The air conditioning wasn’t working. I asked the staff if they could repair or at least give another room and the answer was “sorry, nothing can do”

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The place is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. But what really made the difference was the staff — incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling. They truly made me feel welcome and at home mohamad ✌️

Good location near metro Vavin and Gare Montpanarse.

Noisy neighbours with rooms being closer together but only noticeable late at night (may have just gotten unlucky with noisy neighbour as only noticed one night of my stay)

The comfort and location plus cleanliness

The size was somewhat smaller than hoped

The lift was very small and the rooms were very tired.

I don't eat breakfast

Price and personel. The staff took money from us twice to ensure their safety. There were no slippers in the room and there was a lot of noise from the adjacent rooms. We were not satisfied at all.
