- I selected this property due to its location to the train station which was very good. Also, they provide a lite breakfast which is nice when you are on the go.

Cons -
- This property is very old and in need of major improvements. At one time it was probably a nice building. The paint and flooring are in very bad shape. It appeared that the owner may have been attempting some improvements. More like a one star property!
- Bkfast had very little options for vegetarian people.
- Hotel is showing its age a bit but nothing bad. Probably added to the charm :-)

Continental breakfast choices were good. Staff was friendly and helpful with directions and to allow us to drop off our bags before our room was ready.
Room was much larger than the average affordable hotel room in Paris. Location was great. Close to train stations, public transport, and lots of restaurants. The staff was absolutely exceptional. Every single one of them was super friendly, helpful and made us feel genuinely welcome. Staff alone is a reason to come back!

Staff was very friendly, especially the night shift person. For 1 person, the room had plenty of space. Bed was great, mattress gave me a great night of sleep!Shower was warm and toiletries were available, besides making a nice tea at night and coffee in the morning.Walking distance from Gar du Nord, plenty of supermarkets and bakeries nearby, metro 3min walk, center also walking distance. Will definitely stay again if I travel alone, the price for a single room is awesome!
Wifi was sometimes failing but it can happen, not a biggie.
Very helpful and friendly. Moderately priced.
It was aways away from the Seine. I ended up just explorinng the Montmarre neighborhood which was full of unexpected surprises.
Location, clean quiet room
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities made excellent use of small spaces. I was very comfortable in my room.
Location and staff, and very clean
Its location
One of three hotels all on same streeet. Ended up in one I felt I knew nothing about
Location, Staff
Noise. The bottom of the hotel was a restaurant, which created lots of noise. During my two days, I could not sleep well. I reported to hotel management, who agreed and told me to mention it in my feedback.
Good location and very kind staff
The hotel is old-fashioned, with no special amenities and poor soundproofing. The price feels a little high for the level of comfort provided.
Close to metro and bus stations. Bed sheets were nice and clean. Decent sized room for one person.
Old styled room, bathroom shower needs to be cleaned and it doesn’t have a full enclosed shower door so water get everywhere on the floor.
Location was great. Close to metro and some sidewalk cafes.
Old. Needs some refurbishing.
Location is great, especially it’s hard to find a place where Gare du Nord is walking distance and very charming quarter at the same time.
The employees are very kind and friendly. I could ask everything to them and they gave me the solutions. Wifi is very fine. Room is clean and very good teas are offered. Breakfast is sufficient. A pot of fine coffee is served.Location is very convenient.
The location is good that’s all
Price doesn’t correspond to quality, the noise is overwhelming you can literally hear other people even walking, or using water in other rooms

Staff and location were great. The hotel is classic and well presented, with all required amenities, including a kettle! The bedroom and bathroom both had own window, which allowed direct natural light and made the rooms feel fresh and clean.
Being a light sleeper, I could quite clearly hear the heating pipes and showers from other rooms, which slightly compromised my sleep
