Hotel Brittany

The staff were generally nice, especially the daytime manager. They were working under difficult circumstances in the form of a gut renovation of some of the lower floors.

The hotel is undergoing a gut renovation of some of the lower floors of the hotel that was undisclosed at the time I made a reservation. There was a lot of noise, scaffolding, paint fumes and dust. It?s effectively a construction site.

Location

The staff is arrogant and unfriendly. I lost an item in my room, came back for, and yet no help or assistance was offered, I was brushed off, ignored and the gentlemen at the reception couldnt be bbothered even to give me the key to the room.

Location was perfect. Centrally located a block away from the Metro with many different types of restaurants to dine at.

Very quaint and the staff was extremely helpful with whatever we needed.

The room was beautiful with a great shower, breakfast was good, everything was extremely clean and staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We had a great stay! Highly recommended.

Good location close to metro so easy to get to the main sights, but in a quieter area.

This is a lovely little hotel in the Pigalle area, surrounded by bars and restaurants, but still nice and quiet. The rooms are small but very well fitted out, with comfortable bedding and great showers. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again.

Robes in the rooms would be nice. More fruit and veg needed at breakfast.

Nice, cosy, quiet hotel in a know neighbourhood. Beds really comfortable. Staff super friendly. Hotel stylish and with products of quality (soap, tv, coffee capsules).

Nothing I disliked really but I would say the breakfast could have a bit more of variety (more fruits, some more nuts). Good that said overall.

Very friendly staff (from reception to the cleaning staff). Excellent location (metro stop just 150m; Montmartre in walking distance etc.). Beds comfy.

The rooms and corridors are even for Paris standards rather small. Despite a recent renovation the hotel feels still a bit old (carpets everywhere. No gym or similar "extras", etc.) Good hotel but not really a 4 star for my taste.

It was nice location and the room was clean

The rooms were very small. I had reserved one of the best room categories; however, it did not have a balcony, and the view was facing inside the building. Additionally, we did not have water for two days.That said, I am very thankful to the staff, who did their best to assist us. They kindly offered access to showers at a nearby hotel and provided a refund for one night, which I truly appreciated.

The room was clean, good space, and looked nice.Very close to a train station, which was great.

Nothing to dislike. I only spent 1 night and had no issues.

Beautiful and comfortable property with extremely kind staff. Nathalie was an incredibly warm and helpful person who made our trip all the better!

The room was a good size and the location was great for all the places we wanted to visit. The reception staff were also very friendly and helped recommend places to eat, which were all wonderful!

There could have been more options at breakfast, but it was fine overall.

This hotel definitely has problem with humidity, walls and windows were completely damp. It was hard to breathe in the room because of the awful smell of humidity and in my opinion it was because of the bathroom as there was not proper ventilation system. Everytime we took shower we had to open the window in january. If you are taking care of your health do not choose this hotel, i would never recomment or suggest it to anyone. I even have a video of humidity in the room
