Good location for Gare de l’Est

The room was tiny and we could hear everything from the adjoining room.The staircase and handrails were really dirty, though our room itself was reasonable despite the mould around the bath/shower.

The location was perfect for sightseeing, with the subway station nearby. There was a supermarket nearby, so it was convenient for shopping. Breakfast was also provided early in the morning, which was very convenient.

The room was clean, but the furniture and walls looked old.

The location is great close to the metro and bus stations

The room was generally fine, but the cleaning could have been more thorough.

It’s an opinion, not a negative point,.A code is required to use the lift. It would be preferable to use cards instead of a key that must be kept at the hotel reception.

Ran out of cups, plates, glasses at breakfast and took a while to restock food and drinks.

Location was good

Mouldy.mattress was old and dented. No milk for a drink in the room. Breakfast options limited and machine broken so no option to get a drink. Reception staff were polite.

Good location, it was a quick walk from the train station and metro. Staff was friendly, easy check-in and check-out. Breakfast had a good selection. Rooms had everything we needed for a short stay.

It was very close to the city center and the metro. Staff were very helpful.

Some of the towels in our room had stains on them. Also rooms are small if you are a group of three.

Unfortunately the rooms were very loud and the soundproof does not wor iin this hotel. Resting properly was impossible. The rooms are very small and the hotel needs big renovations.

THE HOTEL STAFF ROBBED METhey tell you to leave your key when you leave and enter your room and steal your money. We left for our walk around 8pm at night and when we came back someone had entered our room and took rhe money that i had. The receptionist was not at all surprised nor helpful when i told her what happened. No one cared or tryed to help me. The manager was very rude and yelling, saying this is Paris people steal in Paris and I should just go to the police. Of course they knew the police station near by doesnt take requests from civilians so no one can help you. DONT STAY HERE THEY WILL ROB YOU

Accesiblity was a nightmare.

We stayed in Paris for two nights with a limited amount of luggage, so the size of the room was not a problem. All necessary shops and services were very close.The room was located on the 6th floor with excellent elevator service. The room and bathroom were quite small, but it was acceptable. The only potentially problematic issue is the shower, which is very small and may feel claustrophobic for some people. Staff is friendly and nice.
