Pros +
- The staff was so helpful. I accidentally forgot to book the hotel for the last night of our trip, and the hotel was completely booked up for the night. When the staff realized this they found us another hotel down the street for a similar price.
- View of Eiffel Tower and Sacre Coer from the bathroom!
- Size of room and amenities were very good value for price.
Cons -
- The lift was not working. I understand renovations were being undertaken around my stay. The staff helped with my bags if asked.
- The elevator was not working and one day the room was not made up.
- Life didn't work but it was fine as we were only on the first floor. Walls quite thin so can hear everything in the rooms and corridors

Good location close to buses and Metro station. Friendly staff. Comfortable room.

The staff were excellent and were there to help with any need or trouble we had.
The elevator was not working and one day the room was not made up.
Staff were great - especially Dave (Charly). Location is epic and right outside the station. Seemed safe enough walking around at night.

The location was incredible, the staff were honeslty so kind and helpful and the rooms were perfect. We had a twin room with one of the comfiest hotel beds I've had.Unfortunately during our stay the elevator had broken during the day, but the staff went above and beyond to ensure our group was looked after as we had peipke with reduced mobilities. They ensured we were on a lower floor, took our luggage up for us and also brought it down when we left. They stored our luggage and arranged a taxi for us when we requested. Above all though, every staff member we encountered was kind and generous with their time. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
The room was big, convinient, with all the required facilities, well located, with metro station right in front of the hotel.
old fashion design
Location is great for getting around Paris, Voltaire metro is literally on the doorstep. Staff friendly & welcoming. Rooms cleaned daily, super comfortable beds, & nice choice of breakfast options. All in all, a brilliant base for those experiencing Paris for the first time.
Bathroom could have done with a few additional towels, but what was provided were replaced daily.
Good value for money.
Bathroom is way too small and not a good layout. Uts uncomfortable when you sit on the toilet. At least if you taller than 1.85
Location and staff
No mini fridge as advertised. I like to keep my water and milk cold.
Great location. Metro station, grocery shops and restaurants few steps away.
Very small room.On our first night (Friday), it was very quiet so we had a good night sleep. The next night (Saturday), it was HELL. There was constant sound coming from a back building roof top from about 11pm-3am! It was an obnoxiously loud throbbing drum and at times obscene sound, repetitive, hypnotic and dark like in a primal ceremonial ritual. It was very unsettling and disturbing.Strangely, there was no sign of people talking or chanting or singing. We advised the hotel of the sound the next morning but they seem not to be aware of it.
Overall a very good stay. They had florists, stores, cafe and the metro at walkable distance. Staff were super friendly and helpful, helped me with navigating stores and metro.
The lighting was very dim. Sometimes it was very difficult to find my things in the room especially when packing up to check out.
Beautiful facilities, room clean and tidy and staff very friendly and accomodating. Water given on arrival and coffee machine and breakfast for extra charge downstairs was a bonus!
Nothing !
Location, friendly staff
Pillows, sewer smell coming through HVAC
Good location with nice cafes close by and metro stop moments away.
Undergoing renovations. Room is small. Lift is very noisy, walls very thin.
The property is getting renovated. We were not informed by the management in advance
It’s being renovated. It’s a very old hotel
