    Pros +

    • super cheap and comfortable stay. Very kind staff.
    • Great location, right near gare montparnasse. There is a grocery store down stairs, decent size solo room.
    • Filthy and awful

    Cons -

    • Honestly the only issue I had was a lot of the lights didn’t work.
    • The room was dirty, no pillow cases, no towels, no room clean the next day, despite seeing it being performed on lower floors, and I hung up the sign on the door handle. The heat was barely working, and it's winter. No internet password was provided.
    • The hotel is absolutely filthy, the worst was that my bed sheets and my shower toal had poo stains on them, The floor is dirty, they provide no shampoo or shower gel, the shower head was broken, the place is incredibly noisy, impossible to have a good night's sleep. This is a 2-star hotel, so I wasn't expecting many amenities or a great degree of comfort, but what I saw was beyond the realm of what is acceptable. Dont' stay here!

    wifi, big room

cleaning. There is a rat in my bin. I discovered it when I was busy. It's disgusted. I hate seeing any kind of animal in my room. My room must be a high-end bedroom, bathroom, and office in one private spot.

    Good location.

Dirty bed, dirty shower, dirty bathroom, dirty everything. You will not sleep without thinking about bed bugs.

Cheap and clean room. Only a couple of minutes walk from Porte d'Orlean Metro. Helpful front desk available 24hrs.

Limited facilities at the hotel. No air-conditioning or fan in the room so pretty hot in the peak of summer.

Very budget hotel but exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable!

Comfy bed but very small room. Got fresh towels next day.

Staircase to the rooms upstairs very tattered and worn. very off putting. No safe in the room (which I didnt realise-my fault).Separate toilet old and outdated. Bathroom shower was only ever luke warm. Taps were dirty and stained. Didnt trust the tap water to brush my teeth as it looked discoloured .. Shower door allowed water onto the floor . Room was very small - ok for me as I just needed somewhere to sleep but would never bring wife here. I wanted somewhere cheap which is what I got so cant complain too much.

Extraordinary staff! Help me when I need the most My phone was robbed and staff borrowed me a phone to login to my account and sorted out most of the things

Night shift receptionist could be a little bit more polite

The room and the toilet were decent and cleaned

When i've made the reservation i asked if i could leave the luggaes after check out and come back in the afternoon to pick them up and I was answered yes. Then when i checked out the receptionist took some excuses, which i didn't fully understand, but that concerned the absence of a padlock, perhaps of the room to keep the luggage, and he didn't allowed me to leave the luggages. So I had to take both my backpacks with me all around Paris all day. Had I known so I would have chosen another hotel

Good location, close and easy to get to the city even by walking. Good view from the small balcony, would b enough for 2 people.

Wasn't super clean. The staircase was old and a bit dangerous, as well room was not renovated for long period of time.

    The location is not bad.

The sink was not working properly, there was no towel when I arrived, the bathtub was not great and had an air vent right above it, where cold air was entering when taking a shower. The elevator is SMALL. I barely fit there and it is not even a square.

    Bedbugs

I got eaten by bedbugs the reception told me to get lost when I told them they have bedbugs. And gave me the finger. Refused to give me my money back too.

Week day staff, young men were very friendly and helpful

The older man Red hair concierge was rude He made no attempt to use sayhi app translator to assist w any questions. Hung up phone call and waved me away. Shower head was needing repair. Sprayed water everywhere No security latch inside doorway On noisy street. Needed ear plugs to sleep

    6Sl_91Posted on: 5-29-2023

The location isn’t bad as the street noise wasn’t noticeable unlike a few comments pointed out.

Maybe use some hypoallergenic laundry soap.

This was the first time I stayed in the 14th arrondissment; and I really liked the area. My room was enough as I visited a friend, and for me the price is often the most important criterium. I got a room at the front, with a balcony (fifth floor) and a busy street down below. The double glased windows made it relatively quiet.

There is a funny elevator, which I only used once. Quite small (understatement!) and claustrofobic. It said max three persons, but two filled it already to the maximum. Stairs is the only option. Unclear what to do, where to go in case of a fire. The staff wasn't very much interested in me. Could be better!

Had all the basics needed and the shower was good.

Next to the main road was noisy and the windows had little or no soundproofing Room service was available but there was no way of expressing that you did not want it so you could be in the loo or shower when they came in. The cupboards were full of dust and dirt.

I like the location. It is located in 14th arrondissement in commercial area.

The hotel wasn't cleaned. The stairs not cleaned and the elevator is not working. Horrible place to live.
