The location is amazing and the staff is very friendly. You can refresh your water any time which is pretty cool Has a small desk which is a plus and you can open the window!

The room was impeccably clean and spacious, which was more than accommodating for our long weekend stay. We also very much appreciated the personal note left by the staff, alongside delicious macaroons! This was a lovely touch.

The room itself could have used some maintenance - the wall sconce by the bed was precariously loose and one of the window handles kept falling off. We also wish there had been hooks in the bathroom to hang bath towels while showering. Perhaps the biggest hinderance, however, was the excessive noise caused by the elevator, which seems to need servicing. If you're a light sleeper, bring ear plugs, especially as most rooms face the street.

I booked via booking . Com and was assigned a different room not like the photos ( different room with weird ceiling ) which was not the one I picked

Stunning room. Great layout . Location was good and not too far from many of the places we went to. The Metro is very close by. Good neighbourhood . Great staff. Very friendly. Bed was comfortable .

Slippers available on request which is ok also no dressing robe in room Also I think the cleaner only comes in the morning so if you are not out of the room when they come then they will not come back until the next day . Reception staff are always happy to help with any requests so that was great .

Everything was good especially the reception staff always being very helpful in particular Pierre who helped us with buying Louvre tickets

We really wanted to like this hotel. It’s in our favourite area of Paris and the rooms themselves were beautiful. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended.

From the start, we had issues with the reception staff. I had clearly requested specific room allocations for our group, but they were mixed up on arrival. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, the staff tried to insist that was how the booking had been made, which was disappointing and unprofessional.The bathroom sink barely drained, so water pooled every time we washed our hands or brushed our teeth. The waters in the fridge were never replenished, which is something you’d expect as standard at a four-star property. The bed was uncomfortable, and the synthetic pillows and duvet made for an incredibly hot and restless night’s sleep. The lighting in the bathroom was also poor (not ideal for doing makeup) and there were no slippers or gowns provided.It feels like this hotel is trying to appear luxurious while cutting corners on the details that actually make a stay comfortable. Sadly, we won’t be coming back.

Good Location, quiet and not too busy

Some broken facilities for example bed side table and wooden decorative under TV. I don’t like they don’t fill up bathroom amenities every day and we need to requested it and if they cleaning the floor everyday must be great.

We had a fantastic experience! The room was immaculate, spacious, and very cozy. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. The breakfast was excellent, and the location couldn’t have been better.

Incredible location in between two train stations, maximum 10 min walk to each. Quiet and safe rooms in a small hotel on a quiet street, making it easy to relax and sleep, but still feel like you're in the thick of it on days you want to go out. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.Would absolutely stay here again!!

Breakfast was very simple, I'd prefer to go out for the price it was (I think 20 Euros each). We had to ask for clean towels and sheets on one of the days, as our room was cleaned by no sheets and towels replaced. Every other day was perfect though so I assume this was a one off as it was resolved immediately.
