The views & location were amazing. You really get what you pay for.

Horrible service. We told them the elevator was out of service, and they just said no it wasn't. So I had to drag all our luggage down 6 flights of stairs by myself.

Excellent location to Notre Dame, Hop On Hop off buses and the Louvre. Close to many many restaurants and shops. Room was small but as expected.

The perfect location, everythings around the corner, can wait to ger back. The room although a little small for us, was clean and enough to feel cozy and intimate. Also good with the privacy

Sometimes theres a little bit of noise from the streets near midnight, but thats what we got since its a really popular neighborhood.

it was centrally located about a 10 minute walk from the Notre Dame, and near 2 subway stations, and several bus routes that can take you to the Marais or up toward the Scare Cour! We had maid service every day. The bathroom had a shower and a tub. It was an relatively good financial value for the area.

There is no Lift from the ground floor to the first floor, and it has a spiral staircase. The staff were very helpful to bring our luggage up to the first floor.

The location is very central. Easy access to public transportation. The room was clean, size was small but comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Minor inconvenience: the bathroom door didn't fully close.

Great location in the middle of the Latin Quarter. East Metro stop nearby and walkable to shops and restaurants. Very busy street, but good windows blocked the noise. Decent size room and good bedding/pillows/towels. Very helpful staff.

Older adults and mobility changed folks need to know that the elevator starts at the first floor and not the ground floor. The elevator was broken for one day of our stay and we had to climb up an extra two flights. Also that the bath /shower has a very deep tub to step into and out of. And no hand rail convenient to use for entry and exit. It is an older hotel and could use some deep cleaning and freshening up of the furnishings.

The room had a nice decor. The shower was lovely. The cleaning staff were so pleasant.

The room had an odd configuration and we found it very small for two people to move around in comfortably.

Loved the quaintness of the room!!! And we had 3 sets of French style windows that opened. Was great when we napped the first day, after traveling all night!

Beware of the spiral staircase - had to bring luggage up one flight manually as elevators did not star on ground level.

Convenient location. Minutes walk to Seine, Cathedral Notre Dame, restaurants and cafes all around.

Description on Booking.com states lift, but fails to mention that this is only from the first floor reception up to rooms. There is a beautiful, narrow, winding staircase with 20 stairs to get there.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. It was EVERYTHING we could have wanted in Paris plus some. It’s in the perfect district, so lively and so much to do. We arrived on my birthday and my husband surprised me with champagne, roses, chocolate and robes. Our room had a tiny balcony that over looked the square. I walked in the room and had tears. It was our first time in Paris, and it was everything I dreamed of. The hotel really helped with this.

This did not bother us in the slightest, just adding it for anyone who has mobility issues. You have to walk up a set of beautiful spiral stairs to reach reception and the elevators. Not far, but could be an issue.

The property is in a good location .. very close to Notre Dame and the Seine and to all transport… easy to get to and safe! Very clean, has a lift from level 1 - this maybe a slight issue for anyone with heavy bags but once at reception on level 1, there is an elevator.. Staff are courteous but very matter of fact … rooms are small but cost and comfortable.

The daily fare is quite dear but that’s understandable because this is Paris…Also, reception staff could have been friendlier and more approachable given that everyone who is coming through is cooking for advice and assistance…

Everything was great customer service was wonderful. The staff was great. The room was great everything except the spiral staircase with the elevator.

The fact that the elevator didn’t go all the way down that I had to walk up the spiral staircase, even with my slight mobility problem

The hotel was next to the metro which was two stops down from the Gare du Nord train station. There was a lot of great restaurants and a couple of markets. And Notre Dame was a five minute walk and Louvre was 10 minute walk.

The room was small but I expected that from a boutique hotel. It is cozy but overall I liked the hotel. The staff was nice.

Good-sized room on the 5th floor, comfortable, clean, nice bathroom. Great location in the Saint Germain neighborhood, close to the Notre Dame, and to the train station which takes you directly to CDG airport.

Very central and ok price for value

The balcony was tiny with no places to sit.

Location was great- staff was friendly and let us store our bags since we arrived early.

The bath only had a hand held shower. The room was quite small and you could hear traffic overnight. We had to take luggage up the spiral stairs to the lobby floor since there was not an elevator.

Good air conditioning, bed, shower.

Unpleasant stuff - no bonjour, no help with the luggage. Especially the lady that is very busy with the computer and doesn't even notice you, as you want to ask something. There is some difficulty with the spiral stairs you have to climb up to the reception floor. No help from the stuff. No hangs in the room and place for soap/shampoo. The room is smaller then we had near the opera, 2 days before for the same price.

It is only 0.3 miles to Notre Dame Cathedral, I was able to visit and attend Mass the day of my arrival ?

It’s petite, clean, close to all the attractions.
