Well connected by metro. Clean room. Friendly staff.

Fire alarm malfunctioned early in the morning.

The room was clean, spacious for a small city centre hotel, and the staff were friendly with easy check-in/out. It was also well located and easily accessible from several different metro stations.

The bed was a little on the firm side for our personal preference, but it was fine for one night and the rest of the stay was lovely.

The location is excellent, it is near from metro and bus station.

    The bath is too tiny.

Hotel staff was very kind, rooms were small but still good for Paris. Very close to metro

    Breakfast could be better

The staff was helpful and pleasant. The room was very clean and quiet. Great location for Metro use and places to eat. Also walkable for sightseeing. Good value for the price.

The room was so small that the bathroom door could only open halfway.

A small family-run no frills hotel on a quiet street right next to Raspail metro with clean rooms and comfortable bed, with views onto a small park. A good affordbale base for Montparnasse. Small fridge and desk.

The bathroom sink in the corner was tiny and too small to fill the kettle. The shower doors didn't close. The decor was a little plain but it was plain.

Really lovely staff, very accommodating and welcoming. We arrived early and they were happy to store our bags for the day while we explored Paris. The 24/7 reception desk also made it super easy to check out at 5am for our early flight. The room itself was a decent size for Paris centre and was well quipped with towels, coffee supplies, kettle and mugs ect. The hotel is right near a metro station meaning you get get around the city to see the sights super quickly and cheaply, There are plenty of nice restaurants and cafes right nearby the hotel and the neighbour hood felt safe on a night too. I would stay here again if I return back to Paris!

Location was excellent, close to Raspail Metro and not far from Gare Montparnasse.

The walls were paper thin, we could hear our neighbours on both sides all night. The double bed was 2 singles pushed together with a very uncomfortable lump in the centre, not great if you like to snuggle in the centre.

The location is good. Central to the citu centre

It's too small. I know it's Paris and it's holiday period. But it's still too expensive for a room

The lobby was cute. The rooms had a bit of Montparnasse history (such is photos of Kiki).

The room was tiny, so was the bathroom. The shower didn’t have a caddie or a place to put any of your own products, so if you leave them on the ground, the only way to grab them is to go down vertically (squat). Some strong lights were shining from outside our room and the drapes hang a bit far from the window so we could never get a dark room. The area itself is not terribly interesting or touristy. It’s about a 7-min walk from the center of Montparnasse. In retrospect I would have paid more to stay closer to the seine. (I usually optimize around staying next to the RER B, to hop on it fast and visit my family right outside of Paris).

Everything was goodLocation also safe and close to the centre by the metro, many restaurants aroundFriendly staff

Small shower that the only part what wasn’t very comfortable Also maybe wardrobe would be nice in the room but for short stay it wasn’t a big issue

Swift and easy check-in to a comfortable room to the rear of the hotel. Easy access to and from nearby Metro, RER and TGV train stations. Delicious breakfast (though not included in room tariff). Receptionist Agnes was a joy, helping us with baggage stowage the following morning.

The room we were assigned was quite small.

    - Near Raspail subway station- Safe neighborhood- Nice staffs

    - The hotel requires you to store the key card every time you go out and pick it up once you get in. That is really strange for me. I don’t know, is there a security issue happening in the past? - Room is too small and is not noise-sealant - Not so good facility like only a small lift and creaking bed
