    Pros +

    • Breakfast was great to be included in the price. It was perfect to get me going in the morning. Seating was a little cramped, but they made it work well.
    • This hotel is great, it's in a quiter area of Paris and near the 4 and 13 trains, the hotel staff were very nice and the rooms were nice, especially loved the windows that open to a little terrace.
    • Very clean and comfortable. I felt safe , also quiet. The ac worked great.

    Cons -

    • One bed was bowed in the middle and it was pretty uncomfortable. Also, I noticed a few people, myself included, that needed to have hotel staff re-enter the credentials to get WiFi to work. Name was not even correct, so I¿m not sure what¿s up with that.
    • The only reason it's 4 stars is the beds were very uncomfortable, there not soft at all so it was hard to get any decent sleep.
    • The bathroom was super small.

Quiet room. Very good breakfast. Good location. Excellent ratio quality/price. Courteous staff.

    Nothing worthing to mention.

I was supposed to get breakfast included. However, they were charging me $10/ person

    The free breakfast wasn't free

    Comfortable recently refurbished room.

Storage in the room was limited.

Close to restaurant and bus stop

    The room was extremely small

The location was ok, not far from metro line 13 (Gaite) and line 4, walking distance to Gare Montparnasse. Not dangerous, police office just beside :) easy to get to airport Orly (20 Euro with Bolt or Uber). It was also possible to find some food around and a nice bakery.

I have reserved the superior double room with twin beds and it was a horror. I have used to be often in Paris and stayed in many different hotels: from Ibis to hotel Scribe or Regina. But this time in Campanile - this was the worst and smallest room I have ever seen: dark, loud, smelly, small - size less then 6m2 inside (if to deduct WC and bathroom). I requested at the reception to change the room 202 - it was not possible to do the same day, only on the next day (next morning I have lost more than 3 hours waiting) and got the keys from 502 room only at 11:30. The room 502 was maybe 1m2 bigger and a bit nicer as on the 5th floor, but the shower was so tiny - you could not wash your hair - a real coffin. Maybe it would go for someone 150 cm high and petite, but not for me with 170cm and normal build. Not to imagine someone taller or more kg - no chance to get inside! Honestly, this should not be 3 star standard!

This is our fourth time staying here, and it feels like home. We love the breakfast and the shampoo. We are impressed with how attentive the staff have always been to our needs. They are also friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this place. Abel & Sandra.

Immaculately clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Non-feather pillows provided, as requested. Great breakfasts.

The price wassignificantly higher than last year. I would have liked more generous supplies of coffee, sugar and milk in our rooms.

Nice hotel room which had a buffet breakfast that was not included in the price but was very good and convenient. Staff were very helpful. Close to bus stops and the Metro. Good restaurants nearby.

    Location.

I had room 508. The toilet was nearly inaccessible. A large person would not be able to use the toilet.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was in a nice area which wasn't too busy and had great local restaurants close by. Super easy to get into Paris centre too. Beds were nice and comfy and room was clean. There was a lift.

    Room was smaller than expected.

Very comfortable, clean, great value for money.Walls are a bit thin but not a deal breaker.Very nice breakfast option, and especially so since it is available very early.Friendly and helpful staff.

The staff were very helpful when needing directions and the night desk was great. Overall it was a great stay. We walked everywhere but close to the Metro and train station. Very easy to use. The room was nice and spacious. We would stay here again. AC was excellent.

The bed could have been a better.

The location is strategic as we could easily find restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. The metro station (Mouton Duvernet) which has a direct connection to Gare du Nord, is within 10 minutes of walking.Though small, the bedroom is comfortable and clean. We also liked the fact that they have warm breakfast.

There was wall painting work happening during our stay and the smell was pungent to sleep with. The toiletries are too basic with only shampoo and soap.
